DO NOT GO HERE. I took my phone in due to small water damage and the owner (Nelson) stated they would be able to possibly fix it, he stated he would keep my phone for 24 hours to air out the device and make sure it was good, stated if it was working I'd just pay for the screen if not then it wouldn't. He ended up having my phone for 4 days, not much communication and still couldn't fix it, on the fourth day he stated he got the screen working but it would turn off after a couple of minutes. He then suggested that he would need to change the mother board which would end up costing 200+. I decided to go and get a new phone and when I did I called to say he could just have the phone (since it wasn't working STILL) and after reading the reviews and he ended up changing his story of it being fixed. I erased the phone in find my iPhone and I was able to see when they connected it to Wi-Fi to try and get into the phone. Bottom line is these people are not professional or honest on how they work and you will end up paying for more than necessary. Save your stress and pay a little more to just get your phone fixed elsewhere. I payed 160 to get my phone upgraded and got a brand new one for less than what they were charging me. Not honest workers and it would be best to avoid this company at all cost. I didn't read the reviews before I went in there and that was my fault, lesson learned. PLEASE BE WISE AND GO ELSEWHERE. They will take your money willingly and give you the bare minimum of effort. read more

Wish I would have seen reviews before going here. I only came here out of convenience and I ended being inconvenienced and paying more. Also my screen isn't even effective. After some time, my iPhone will spaz out so I have to lock my screen to prevent it touching all these types of buttons or jumping from different apps and screens. So upset at myself for coming here. WARNING! Do not come here! I had my screen fixed on my phone here. After a day it was messing up for example my button wouldn't work sometimes and certain areas on the screen as well. I took it back to them twice and they stated everything was fine. So I took it to a different location and they told me piece of my phone were missing inside!! When I first walked in I was a bit thrown off because it looked more like a phone case kiosk than a repair shop. I brought an iPad in with a broken charger port (a service that's literally listed in their front window) to ask what the cost to fix it would be. After asking the person at the front desk this, he gave me an ugly look before telling me that that's not something they do. He then went on to explain (in a fairly rude manner) that they would have to remove the screen in order to fix it before telling me once again that these aren't services they offer. Worst place to go!! The owner is the worst person to take your phone to fix and very rude to a teenager in front of the parent. He says he is the owner but he addressed my daughter like he was trying to intimidate her in front of us(mom and dad) . This guy said he had fix many different type of iPhones, but when I ask why my son phone is lagging anytime he does anything like going into messages and my son was unable to touch the screen a few times and in order for it to work, he would have to shut it off multiple times so the screen can catch his touch. I wouldn't recommend this place to fix your phone or even buying a phone. He refuses to help with any of it and basically is saying this is not his problem, blaming the issue on unrelated issue like water damage or some sort of other damage. He still has no explanation on why the iphone is not recognizing touch. His word to my daughter is, he got really personally close to my daughter and during this Covid times, his reply is .... DO NOT VISIT THIS BUSINESS! I was looking for a place to fix mg husband's phone quickly because he needs it for work. We just moved to San Antonio a few months ago, so we're still familiarizing ourselves with good areas/places to go. I looked on Google for an iPhone repair place and saw Phone Fixers with around 200+ reviews and a 4. something star rate! Only 5 minutes from our house, so it was convenient for us. I read reviews about how the place is so amazing, fixes phones in about 30 minutes to an hour.. I was sold! We took the phone up there at around 12pm and it was ready in about 45 minutes. Just some background of the extent of the damage: the screen still worked but it showed color lines and was cracked. The man said it was no problem to fix and it would he fixed within the hour. Okay, sounds perfect right? I had to go back to work, so my husband picks his phone up a little after 1pm. The phone looks great when I get to see it after work and everything seems great! A week goes by and the phone is still working great and the screen is in pristine shape.. or so we thought. Last night while my husband was at work, he texts me and tells me the screen is showing green and red colored lines on it, like it's been dropped again. I asked if he dropped it, sat on it, or if it was in his pockets which can be tight sometimes.. He assures me he hasn't done anything to the phone. So why is the screen showing these lines?? It's been about a week and a half since we got the phone fixed. The repair was about $115. My husband got a case and a screen protector from the store, making the total $150. What a complete waste of money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THIS STORE!! We should've went to the Apple store and got it fixed better than this. read more

If I could give these guys 0 stars, I would. My brother ordered me through Phone Fixers, a battery fir my iPhone 4 which I now use as my music player. I needed this by today at the latest and it was supposed to arrive 2 days ago. Called yesterday and was told it would arrive yesterday afternoon and for me to call back on Sunday, today. Called today and was told that their supplier discontinued that battery. Well, you should have known that when you placed your order, right? I wasted a week waiting for this battery and now I am screwed as where I a.m. traveling, there are no cellular repair businesses and I won't be back home until the end of the year. Not to mention since you wasted my time now, I don't have time to find a reliable business that can replace the battery since I leave on international flight tomorrow morning.
