I had an iPhone screen repaired on June 18, 2025. The screen blacked out on July 2nd. I made an appointment at the Apple Store. while at the Apple Store I was informed that it was the screen the phone still worked. you can see whose calling but could answer calls. I returned to phone repair ambulance today after leaving Apple. I was told $40 was needed to fix the problem. When refused to spend anymore money for repairs I was told it had water damage then the mother board was bad. I took the back because of the screen. It had NO other problems. All I wanted is them to honor their work but instead they attempted to find excuses since I wouldn't pay any additional money why it's not the scree. I wouldn't recommend them for any repair needs unless you have money to give away since honesty is a business practice with them. read more

I'm a retired Veteran, in my 60s I have lived all over the world, the service I received from phone repair ambulance, in Tomball was the absolute worst, I wouldn't recommend them to any veterans or senior citizens, here's why! 1. The customer is never right! 2 I was denied my product. Or refund, partial or not. 3 3.i was forced to hold my tongue and check my temper.,or my tablet could get lost in the sauce.Here it is a month later and I finally have my tablet, and it actually works, wait, wait, dammit,! Went to this business for a phone repair, they ended up selling me a refurbished iphone. I got home and had the phone (i spent $400 on) and it only worked for 12 hours. The phone itself was extremely hot all day, nothing would load, and then it just died completely and wont turn on. This business is a scam, they are selling cheaply refurbished products and broken items to unsuspecting customers. read more

Super slow...they need to hire more people. Needed several phones repaired, dropped off and was told they would be ready the next day. It was imperative that I got them back, because they are required for my employees. Came into the store, the next day prior to closing and they were still working on the phones. I have had my phone at the Tomball location for 3 weeks already and they keep saying it's ready for pick up and it's fixed and my phone messes up within 24hrs!!! I have asked for management to please call me and never get a call back! Even now they are still " diagnosing" it! I have asked for a partial refund. Went in to repair an iPhone 11 Pro front screen. Quality is poor. Price is cheaper than most places but you get what you pay for. Noticed almost instantly that the pixels were not as clear as oem. Pixels didn't even reach the sides and top and bottom of phone like he original. Poor aftermarket quality. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else. read more
