I took my iPad pro in for screen repair and paid over $300 for a screen replacement. They repaired the screen crack but damaged the home button during the repair. Rendering my iPad completly un-useable and in-operable. When I took it back for the repair to the home button they kept it for 3 days and didn't bother to fix it. They also put tape all over my device which left a sticky residue that couldn't be removed. When I called to ask if it was ready they stated it was ready to be picked up. Upon receiving my iPad back the repair hadn't been done. I called the owner to ask why this happened, he stated my iPad repair had been done and wasn't sure why I was calling. He kept stating my iPad had been fixed. after speaking with my husband the owner admitted he had lied to me. Further more when my husband tried to resolve the issue verbally the owner escalatd to conversation to a physical altercation. The owner finally revealed they hadn't even attempted to fix it because they didnt know how. I had to purchase a new iPad because the repair voided my warrenty. Don't come here. Overpriced and very unprofessional. They went through my instagram.. and followed their shop. Not very professional and super invading of my privacy. The worker who attended us followed her personal instagram too. They also went through my snapchat because it was recently opened and when I took it in it wasn't. It was my 4th time that my phone broke and my phone was just so fragile any small fall and it just completely broke. The 3rd time getting I received it and the screen was coming off on the side. The 4th time I went to the mall and took it to the shop there and they fixed it for under $100 with screen protector included and it took 25 minutes. Where as at this place I was charged over $200 and repair took 2 days or more to repair. They didn't even fix one of the parts that needed fixing they fixed my front camera which was fine and my back was shattered after specifically telling them to fix it. Both times the phone was broken the same way and needed the same thing fixed but the second time I took it to a different place and compared to the price and the repair time at r & r I will not be going to this place anymore and neither should you. read more

This people are thieves, they sell you a phone that is supposedly have been unlocked. Had the phone for a month and its locked. Took it back and , was told to wait for one hr, then 2 hrs then the next day. It's been 4 days and the phone is not ready. The money can not be refunded, I cant get a new phone. Meanwhile it's the phone I use for my business. The lady there is very rude....and illiterate about phones but try to fool or appear like she knows what she is doing. I went today and was told 3pm, come 3pm no phone call. I called and the excuse, the technician is not back. Do not go there, you will regret it. I have lost $185 down the drain. read more

The pricing is not too bad, but the work is sloppy. They give a 30 day guarantee, and when you bring your device back after it messes up, they come up with some bogus story and argue with you so they don't have to honor their guarantee. Went there and spend alot of money buying them 3 phones experience was good over all. They gave us free phone cases and free screen protectors. 2 months later we have a problem with one of the phones. We received a message telling us that this phone had been locked cause it had but reported stolen and that phone had not been been paid therefore Ime number had been blocked. Saturday we went to store Stephanie helped us she was kind, nice and helpful and told us not worry that this would be taken care of just to bring phone in. We did and we got a loaner phone. She said to check Monday to see if phone was ready. Monday afternoon I called this guy named Richard (manager)answers and is in a bad mood and rude as hell. He gets me upset cause before he even hears the story he starts going off and tells me that no phone will be delivered there and to stop demanding. I ask for the owner and he says he is not here. Turns out it seemst hat he is the owner but was just not man enough to admit it. He is the worst customer service guy. Because of him I will never ever buy a phone from that store again or reccomend anybody to buy anything from that store. Long story short the ladies who work there helped us out and talked to him and we will get a replacement phone since this is in no way our fault but there's for selling me a phone that has a IME number that was reported stolen. Owner has a iPhone 5 for sale on Craigslist for $600. We text back and forth. I told him I will come to his shop and buy it. When I get there the owner is not there and I talk to Pamela H. Pamela calls the owner to inquire about the iPhone. She hangs up and continues with the transaction. He calls back and she talks for a few minutes. She tells me the price $499 + tax =$540.17 I pay her and go on about my way. Some hours later he text me and said that I owe him another $100. His employee sold the phone for the wrong price. Well that is his problem, not mine. Now here is the VERY UNPROFESSIONAL part. He calls my cell phone provider gave them the IMEID number and told them that the phone was "Lost or Stolen"! So they shut off my phone. What a dumb ass! I have a receipt from R & R Wireless with the IMEID number of the phone that was "lost/stolen" sold to me @ 11:51:45 am 1/14/13.
