We have gone and got a protector one week and gone back for the same phone and same guy and he charged us over $30 more for the same exact thing! I had to put it in all special positions just to have it catch a charge. Today I was out of sorts since it was completely dead. I knew it was not the battery. It was the charging port. No charging cord worked for it even though it worked on my hubby's phone. I did some research on cell phone repair in the area and this one stuck out to me the most. Gizmo Pros definitely lived up to their reviews. I called and the guy who answered was very nice and personable. I let him know the issue and asked him how much it would be to fix. He was very straight forward and helpful and I appreciate that. I set up an appt to come in. He took care of it right away. It took about 30 minutes to fix and there is also a Yelp check in for a free screen saver so he took care of that for me. I am happy that I went to Gizmo Pros. This business is not in a very high traffic area for all. It's in the Meadowpointe neighborhood. But definitely go out of the way for this business. They will be a great help for your cell phone, iPad, and lap top repair. They also have cell phone accessories and phones.

I went back and paid extra to upgrade to an OLED screen, but that replacement didn't even last a few months before the display started failing. Eventually, the screen went completely black. When I returned to have it checked, I was told there was nothing they could do because the warranty had expired. No solutions were offered or help. I had to beg for the gentleman to open it up to at least take a look if anything was loose. Just a suggestion to pay for another new screen and "see what happens." I couldn't even take my phone to work because it would be near dead before I got off. Fast forward to BATTERIES PLUS, I met this young genius named Carl and he fixed the phone COMPLETELY! Carl told me the other 'repair' place put a generic screen on and it was the cause of all the phantom touches. I've had the phone for about 2 weeks at least. All of those earlier problems are GONE. I don't have to charge my phone every 5-6 hours. I can go a few days before having to charge. It doesn't open up anything unless I select it. No more fighting for control over my phone. Customer service was efficient and and even came across an older lady having batteries replaced in her favorite watch. These folks need to be reviewed well because they in this company deserve it.
