It says alot about management as well because you can't tell me they don't know about it. And they keep him around because they like that he can swindle people and get away with it. I'll be contacting the B.B.B and my lawyer because we went to but one this week and he charged us $80 so when I got home I looked it up to see what the ideal price was for the privacy protector and it was under $20!!! So do yourself a favor and go somewhere where the prices stay the same. It's not OK and I always make sure to let him know that we are return customers after the fact so he knows that we have paid there before and he just ripped loyal customers off Another thing is... he tried to do my new Razr Flip phone and I said no I'm good. Lucky I did too because when you turn the phone on it says do not put anything like that on your phone or it will void the warranty. He should know this and not offer to do that. I'm sorry but after 8 times of being charged a different price for the same thing. I had to come say something. No charging cord worked for it even though it worked on my hubby's phone. I did some research on cell phone repair in the area and this one stuck out to me the most. Gizmo Pros definitely lived up to their reviews. I called and the guy who answered was very nice and personable. I let him know the issue and asked him how much it would be to fix. He was very straight forward and helpful and I appreciate that. I set up an appt to come in. He took care of it right away. It took about 30 minutes to fix and there is also a Yelp check in for a free screen saver so he took care of that for me. I am happy that I went to Gizmo Pros. This business is not in a very high traffic area for all. It's in the Meadowpointe neighborhood. But definitely go out of the way for this business. They will be a great help for your cell phone, iPad, and lap top repair. They also have cell phone accessories and phones.

When I returned to have it checked, I was told there was nothing they could do because the warranty had expired. No solutions were offered or help. I had to beg for the gentleman to open it up to at least take a look if anything was loose. Just a suggestion to pay for another new screen and "see what happens." I couldn't even take my phone to work because it would be near dead before I got off. Fast forward to BATTERIES PLUS, I met this young genius named Carl and he fixed the phone COMPLETELY! Carl told me the other 'repair' place put a generic screen on and it was the cause of all the phantom touches. I've had the phone for about 2 weeks at least. All of those earlier problems are GONE. I don't have to charge my phone every 5-6 hours. I can go a few days before having to charge. It doesn't open up anything unless I select it. No more fighting for control over my phone. I am suffering with Bell's Palsy and I have trouble talking because of it. There was no judgement at all. I am from NYC and there is a place in Forest Hills Queens I used to go to which is similar to Phones Plus Computer Repair. I went there for close to 10 years.
