There are important differences in the framing of a watercolor, an oil painting or a cross-stich and these guys know how to frame each of these things properly.They do a lot of framing of football jumpers and other souvenirs that require deep frames and careful mounting of the objects. There is a showroom where they have examples of their work and framed collectibles. Out the back is the factory area where they do the actual framing. Not having been in the position to buy custom-made picture frames before, I was quite clueless about what I wanted or even what would suit the works best. This was no problem though as the staff member who helped me was patient and showed me my options, made wonderful suggestions, and tried to show me as much possible, how the artworks would look in various frames. It took about two weeks for the frames to be made and they cost a pretty penny, but they really enhance each artwork and I still love looking at them hung up in my house so I'm sure it was money well spent. I will definitely go back to the Picture Box when I'm next flush enough to do so.
