I want to first say the pictures came out…read moregorgeous, minus one of my daughters did have to retake her pictures due to similar issues that I see others left reviews regarding, such as lighting issues etc, however the retakes were stunning and I was so anxious to get the photos and add them to my gallery along with the rest of their school pictures. My order was placed 10/28/24, it's been several months (we're in June 2025) and I still have not received my purchase or any communication from anyone from the company regarding my purchase, and this isn't my first time reaching out. Initially when placing the order, the system did not give the option/ opportunity to verify or update my address , because I've purchased from this company a time or two before, so I'm assuming the system assumed that my contact information was still the same . However, immediately after submitting the order (literally once I hit submit) I noticed the error in address with the confirmation submission and I called the number that was provided. I spoke with someone regarding the mix up who then said I'd have to wait for the package to be delivered / received to the wrong address and then retuned. Which to me made no sense at all because I reached out to customer service immediately after I placed the order and it had not been printed or processed yet . so why updating my address and shipping to the correct address when I had the order number and etc was impossible to be done is beyond me. However, I feel I waited long enough and with no assistance or even communication. Again, this order and incident occurred in October 2024, I also reached out February this year and we are currently in June 2025 and after sending a number of different emails regarding my order to every email address attached to this company that I could find , I wake up this morning to a refund. Thank you for the refund , but still No apology, no acknowledgment and still no communication at all . The Customer service for this company is terrible. I truly looked forward to adding my girls pictures to our gallery of their other school photos. Even with this poor experience, I still wish this company nothing but success, however i do have my fingers crossed tightly, that the school my girls are currently attending doesn't choose to use them again this upcoming school year.

They treated my daughter with the utmost respect and care, regardless of her disability, which meant so much to us as a family. The pictures they took of her were absolutely stunning--capturing her personality perfectly. The prices are on the higher side, but the attention to detail and the quality of the photos made it completely worth it. We also used Ivey Photography for my son's football team pictures. That experience was a little more chaotic, probably because of the larger group, but the photos still turned out great. The timing of the product completion was impressive, and we were happy with the results. Overall, they deliver incredible quality and care in their work. Highly recommend them!

They were super sweet when we requested they make sure to write out for us that we will be receiving the money back after the photoshoot completes. I did get the money back a few days after and was super happy with mostly everything! The only catch is that even though it is advertised as winning a "free" portrait you do actually have to just pay shipping to receive it. So I got back most of the deposit, minus $37. We felt it was worth it but definitely something to keep in mind as it's not an insignificant amount of money! We did ask if we could pick it up instead since we live locally and didn't anticipate spending any money like they had led me to believe when specifying it was completely free but they manufacture the portraits outside of the state so without paying to have it shipped we wouldn't receive it. Definitely docked a star for it out of lack of transparency on just that front but we really are looking forward to it arriving (in 6 months) and loved the experience, the photographers especially made it so fun! Although the booth was wasn't open booth concept, if there was a large group wanting to take a picture, he was able to zoom out the camera to make it picture work out! So nice and made us so happy! ALL of the photos looked amazing! I'm not sure what kind of camera or program they use to filter, but every single picture of everyone looked FLAWLESS!!! I felt bad that I didn't get a chance to thank the photo booth people at the end of the wedding because we were so busy, so THANK YOU!!!!
