I also liked working with this company because you aren't required to buy a big expensive package with an engagement session, photo book, etc, so this helps keep the cost down. But once we really took a look at the photos, we realized we got very little of what we wanted. Before the event, Chris seemed meticulous. He met with us twice and asked detailed questions about our family trees, and we explained who the really super important guests were, aka the guests we wanted lots of photos with. Looking back at the pics, it seems like Chris either didn't hear the majority of our requests, or he heard them and was just too overwhelmed to handle them. During our meetings he stressed a few really important photos, like one with the groom's parents and the bride and groom, one with the bride's parents, photos of the elderly relatives whose presence at the event we'd want to cherish...also his personal favorite of the bridesmaids all looking one way and the bride, in focus, looking at the camera. Somehow, Chris failed at delivering those photos at a high quality - the ones he was passionate about. Most of them are unusable. Chris is definitely a nice guy, but his work quality wasn't what we were expecting, especially for a wedding that was essentially all in one building (no frantic driving across town, searching for parking, etc.). If you are looking for someone to shoot a very, very low key event or a wedding without many moving parts or complications, working with him will probably work. Anything higher stress than that I would recommend working with someone else.

With LinkedIn and social media being such a big deal now a days, you better look profesh, and you better look good while you're doing it. She made everything stress free for me and guided me through the process. I'm not used to professional pictures, but she made me feel comfortable and confident during the shoot. He never returned my calls or texts for weeks. Finally, at the end of October we were able to take our engagement photos. Then I did not hear from him until 2 weeks before my wedding when I started calling him again and again it was hard to get ahold of him. The day of my wedding he did alright the pictures are good but the videographer is in a good majority of my pictures, which kind of ruins them. After the wedding was all done we got some photos about a week after the wedding which was great with the promise of more to come soon! At the beginning of December we still hadn't hear and again Jim wasn't returning calls or texts. We got a couple more after my mom called him in December. Then a couple months went by and I had totally forgotten about my video and the rest of the pictures because so much time had gone by. In April I started call Jim again, weeks would go by before he would respond to any texts or calls. When he would he would insist that he was almost done with my video and I would be getting it soon. I finally got my video the first week in August 2 weeks before my wedding anniversary. The video was a mess and most of it doesn't even have sound. Sign with caution. This was the worst and most stressful experience of my wedding.
