My birth plan did not go as planned (as they always say happens). Heather was there to help us through these obstacles every step of the way. I had complications post delivery and she comforted my husband and made the phone calls and held my baby during this emotional time while I was in the OR. She was so much more help than we could have even dreamed of. She is the full package. She even took our newborn photos when my daughter was two weeks old and we turned it into our Christmas card.
