The Palm Beach Photographic Center is a non profit formed in 1986 by Art & Fatima NeJame to enrich…read morelife with the photographic arts. They operate a school, camera shop, and museum. The school offers over 300 digital and photography workshops in a state-of-the-art digital MAC labs, multiple class rooms and a large photography studio. They also offer workshops abroad. Their pro camera shop offers equipment and advice. Museum entrance is by donation and it hosts photography exhibition throughout the year. In 1997 the PBPC started the program Picture My World to help at risk youth in the community by introducing them to photography and journaling. If you have ever checked out my Yelp profile you already know I love photography so I was especially delighted to discover this free museum on Clematis Street. The current exhibit is the 26th Annual Members' Juried Exhibition featuring photographs from PBPC members. There were landscapes and portraits but my favorite were the birds. Best of show was an amazing shot of a Red Shouldered Hawk. I definitely got inspired by this exhibit. Hurry over before it closes on October 29th.

I live 15 minutes away and had a question before I drove over there and paid for parking. Did you enjoy being dismissive? I have a solution, cranky old dudes: B&H. That's where I bought both of my Leicas (M10 and later a CL) and five lenses when you were rude and blew me off the first time (when the M10 was new).
