I was on the phone with HP for 2 hours trying to get my computer to start and they were unable to do so. When I went to pick it up three hours later, it was NOT WORKING AT ALL. I asked Lamar for help several times and he told me he was too busy. I left the store and then went back in and demanded he look at it. He told me it was my carrier, I knew it was NOT the carrier as it was working just fine as I said. I ran quickly to Xfinity in the same plaza and at first they said it was not working because I had no Sim card, (Lamar removed the SIM card and did not put it back) so I ran back over and Lamar swore he did not touch the Sim card. I went back to xfinity and they were kind enough to give me a new SIM card but the phone would not work at all. They said they had never seen all the error messages, they called their top guy in to help me and he could not fix anything, he called HQ and said that TECHY definitely broke my phone and the only hope I have is the apple store. I went back to TECHY and again LAMAR would NOT look at my phone and told me I was crazy and he did not touch the card or do anything to my phone. Um, why is it now broken? I am now home at 8pm with no phone, no back up phone and will go to apple first thing in the morning. I am so upset, I should have gone to APPLE in the first place. DO NOT GO HERE - they are extremely incompetent and RUDE. I can not believe they get any good reviews. When I finally received them, the cards were defective. I went to the store expecting this to be handled quickly and professionally. Instead, I was told that because I had used a coupon when I originally placed the order, they would not honor the same discount when reprinting the defective cards. I explained very clearly: I am not asking for a new discount. I am asking you to fix a defective product that you produced. Why should I have to pay more because Office Depot made the mistake? That's when I asked to speak with the manager, Zach. Honestly, I was shocked by how clueless and unhelpful he was throughout the entire conversation. He didn't seem to understand the basic reason I was there, even after I explained the situation multiple times. As the manager, I expected him to take ownership of the problem, investigate what happened, and find a reasonable solution. Instead, there was essentially no effort to help. No real explanation, no attempt to find an alternative, and no indication that he understood the frustration of making a customer wait two weeks only to receive a defective product. What was most frustrating was that I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. I simply wanted Office Depot to correct its own mistake. Zach's approach made it feel like the problem was somehow mine to deal with. A manager should know how to handle situations like this and, at minimum, make an effort to resolve a legitimate customer complaint. Unfortunately, Zach demonstrated very poor customer service and a complete lack of ownership. After this experience, I have very little confidence in using Office Depot for my business printing needs again. Waiting two weeks for defective cards is frustrating enough. This is a free service offered from IKEA and Jaqueline was knowledgeable and excellent at her job. Our first installation left us with a 5x7 hole on the walls because the installer felt resistant but kept cutting into the dry wall. Dry wall dust was everywhere and tools were left on my furniture and on my bed cover. The tv was put in the wrong place and the installer did not want to fix the hole because they had a long ride back to Miami even though they said they had the equipment to repair it. We paid far more for this installation than we did on our main tv that was installed by someone else who did a very clean job of installing. We had to return to Florida, paid $1000 to travel to get this situation fixed. We are given an early appointment which was then changed twice without notice to us.The whole day was lost. When you have a problem- fix it first then move on to other jobs. Now we wasted another day waiting. You can't call the store and the AI conversation is worthless. When we finally got through to the installers, they were rude. I would never suggest Best Buy nor would I use them.
