    I placed an order online on their website for a camera that was listed as in stock. I was very…read moreexcited because I have a trip next week and I really wanted to take this camera with me. Hours later, I received an email stating that my order had been flagged by their "Fraud Department" and canceled. I called the business as soon as I saw the email. The first person I spoke to let me know that it may have just been an error and that they still had cameras in stock, so it gave me hope that we could figure something out. But then he transferred me to a woman who told me that my order was flagged because 6 other people in my area had also placed orders that were fraudulent [???????]. I then asked if I could re-order over the phone since it was clearly a mistake on their end, because I'm a real person, my card was charged, my mailing address is residential and real, and she said no, because they actually don't have any of those cameras available anymore. I understand that they are a small business. I found them online through reviews from others, but the process they follow for fraud detection is flawed. They claim they want to "protect their customers," but having a system cancel orders just because multiple orders are coming out of the same area is a terrible way to run a business. I would have preferred if they had just called me before canceling my order.

    Worst customer service experience imaginable…read more I received the wrong image and reached out multiple times via email and phone, only to be met with rude, argumentative, and combative attitudes, not just from the customer service representative but also from who I assume was the manager or owner. When I pointed out that the email address on the order wasn't being responded to, I was told it was a different email at their partner company and somehow that was my fault for not finding their contact information myself. I suggested this isn't a great user experience and that they should reconsider how this information is presented during the order process so customers can easily reach the right people instead of digging through past emails. When I told the manager that the customer service rep was rude, he flat-out denied it. They also refused to issue a refund for digital photos. At one point, they boasted about being in business for 30 years and implied that must mean they're doing something right, which I strongly disagreed with given their poor reviews and my own experience. All I wanted was polite customer service and a simple fix to my problem, but their attitude only made everything worse. They did eventually send over the correct photo, but a little polish and professionalism would have gone a long way. This has been the worst company I've ever dealt with.

I ordered them in April, it is now September. they haven't responded to any calls or emails and I have sent multiple. I order the most expensive photo packages for two kids and I never got the kids trading cards. Do you know how crushing it is to little ball players to not receive their trading cards? The pictures that I did receive are very low quality and fuzzy looking.
