The booth is super easy to use, but splurge and lay extra to have Ben at your event. He really hypes up the booth! It will be full all night! On these day of the event, there were not that many props to choose from, and that the machine froze and needed to be restarted, which caused delays. According to my guests, at one point the printer ran out of paper and the attendant was not prepared with more paper, so it delayed and deterred my guests from using the photobooth. Not sure if that was an isolated incident, but for to pay for a photobooth service, I would expect them to be prepared with at least more printer paper on hand. On a positive note, The template came out nice and exactly what I wanted. The attendant was on time to set up for my wedding. She was also helpful with operating the booth.

We picked them because they were priced right and were close to us. Stay away at all cost!…read more While attending an all age event that commissioned Above All Entertainment to take photographs, my wife and I attempted to get our photograph taken (a service we paid in advance for). We were told with extreme rudeness that we missed a cutoff time (understandable, but the way we were spoken to was completely unacceptable) and that we would not be refunded. When I asked if I could at least take a photo with the event's backdrop (which they do not own) with my own phone, the co-owner, Melissa, met me with extreme rudeness. Her colleague, Shimmy, then spewed prejudice, racist comments, curses and threatened to physically assault me. The event coordinator and security ended up intervening on my behalf to address the staff. What was otherwise a perfect event was completely ruined for myself and my entire party that I attended with (including my wife who left the event in tears). This was an absolutely horrendous experience. I urge anyone who is considering this company for any event to stay away at all cost!

However, they did not have much props. They will supply one premium prop and few original items (headband, glasses etc) but not a lot. My friend helped me buy about 12-15 prop items that was used during the Photobooth session and was a total hit!! Two staff members always there to make sure everything works smoothly. They will print out as many copies as you like and the printer is fast! That's a huge plus! Other Photobooth from other companies would take a long time to print, however, Jelo prints like 1-2-3. Very convenient location. They also help with invitation cards, backdrops, flowers etc. would definitely recommend.
