It's super old and the floors and ceilings need to be redone. They have to throw all the Amazon returns in a pile which is inefficient and overflowing. This is a management issue. They also use way too much plastic for the environment. They put every Amazon return in a plastic sac. They could save money if they just had people bring their returns in the shipping boxes they were received in. Just tape them back up for them. That's my only gripe!

They called up Ink Images and spoke with someone who was friendly at first until they saw the website and apparently disagreed with the content (funny and slightly inappropriate sayings). This all would have been fine if they had said upfront that they did not want their business. However, they said they would get them a quote but never returned a call or an email. Almost a week later my friend decides to follow up with Ink Images and they tell her that "they did not want to be involved with their company". That is pretty low, dishonest, and unprofessional. My company has used Ink Images quite a bit but after the way they treated my friend's company I will never do business with them again. They are rude and two faced. At least be honest up front if you just can't handle doing your job. But now you have lost my business and will never get a referral from me again.
