The originals were in poor condition, and I wanted to gift copies that would last to family members. Kim restored them to their original condition and printed them on paper rated for 500 years. I told the Best Buy employee that I had been without a fridge/freezer since 8/1 and I have been living out of a mini refrigerator and so I would not wait until 8/13 for the delivery. I was told to call the warehouse and check on the order. Warehouse told me that the product was out of stock, and they were supposed to be receiving a delivery from the manufacture that day or the follow day and they hadn't received any of the products. I went online and noticed I could place an order online for delivery date of 8/11 instead of 8/13. I thought would canceling the first order and re purchasing the order online so I could have a sooner delivery date. Then I called competitor dealers who had the same delivery date expectation of Monday 8/11. So, I called Best Buy to cancel my order and requested s full refund. Next, I walked back to the counter and waited for a good while. She could easily see I was there. I ended up having to call for help. She walked up, started at me and I told her my last name. Then she gave me only half of my photo order so I am still missing some. This worker seems to have a bad attitude that is really unnecessary when all she had to do was hand me my prints.
