My daughter gave a bottle of phountain water for Christmas. Then she told me about the store in Sayville that sells alkaline water, which I found out from their website, does home delivery. I was very excited about finding out about this company. Now I a big believer in alkalizing your body. A good part of my diet is eating salads every day made up of vegetable that are very alkalized. Plus I drink bottled alkaline water that I get from the local supermarket. I read numerous books on how to alkaline your body; I got rid of both my psoriasis and arthritis by following an alkalinizing diet. Now I went to Phountain, Port Jefferson location, with my wife so I could inquire about their home delivery. The home delivery pricing and delivery I thought was reasonable. I simply wanted sign up and get the home delivery started. However the store clerk wanted to come back to listen to some sales pitch that he said, would take 1 hours of my time. I told him I did want lessons from him about the benefits of alkalized, as I was quite knowledgeable on the subject. I simply wanted to sign up and start the home delivery of the water. Then when it became apparent to the Store clerk that I would listen to sales pitch, he told me " I was disrespecting him, that that not the way they do business that way", and he turn away from me. Keep in mind he did not have other customers at the moment. At this point I thought the clerk was being very rude and I left the store without signing up for home delivery of the water. Back in our car, I asked my wife, was it me, was I being offensive? My wife said no, that she also felt the clerk was very rude. Upon reflection, later, it's my opinion that water was loss leader, and the clerk was only more interested in trying to sell me their other services. Once it became apparent he would not be able to sell me their other services, he wrote me off and he turned his back on me. So Phountain health was a strange experience, I went in petty much sold, and I wanted their home delivery of their alkaline water, but their Port Jefferson Store Clerk managed to unsell me. Now you don't have do business with a company that will only sell you alkaline water, if you don't buy their other overpriced products or other services. They alkaline their water using alkaline water ionizer that I saw in their shop. These same water ionizer are available from many websites, including Amazon, from prices starting at about 500 and up to several thousand dollars. Buying one these Ionizer would pay for itself in a year compare to buying water from Phoutain or other bottled water. Two years if buy a high end water alkalinizing system. Buying any of expensive alkalinizing processed powders this company sells, will not come close to the health benefits of eating a raw and unprocessed salad of alkalinizing vegetables. Save your money, go the produce department of your local supermarket instead. Whenever any food is processed or cooked, you basically strip many valuable nutrients out of the food. Now eliminating toxic from your skin is a valid method of eliminating toxin from your body. But you can do it cheaply and much much better by putting a cup of Epson salt in your bathtub and filling it with the hottest water you can tolerate, than soaking your entire body for 20 minutes or more. Also read up on a hydrogen peroxide bath is also another good method for detoxing and it's done at home. The biggest thing getting soak by Phountain Health is your wallet. Lastly my experience was only at the Port Jefferson store and with one store clerk, I don't know if the other store location takes the same sales approach. read more

I've been going to Phountain locations for the past year and I've been to almost every store to date at some point or another but I'd consider myself a regular at the Massapequa store. Every store is beautifully set up. The environments and decor of the stores are very relaxing and attractive. It's very much a spa experience. I'd like to say I'm a well rounded Phountain customer in that I utilize ALL of the services and I get my alkaline water from them every week. The initial demo you recieve as a first time customer was an eye opener for me. I must say, I'm always on the skeptical side of new things, but giving this place a chance was the best decision I've made for myself and my family. I have never had a complaint about any of the staff. They are welcoming, friendly, willing to help with anything they can, caring, honest, and educated. They truly make you feel like you're part of the family. The demonstration the staff gives you when you're a new customer is wonderful and filled with useful information that will stay with you forever..it's really what made me realize this place is like no other. Now, getting to the alkaline water...amazing! my family and I were drinking bottled water on a daily basis, not realizing the poor quality of what we were consuming until we switched to the alkaline water. Within days of switching I noticed a difference. First of all, my children were actually drinking more water and I wasn't forcing it on them...miracle! I've suffered from acid reflux for years now and have always relied on medication to subside my symptoms..so happy to say that I never have to take anything for this again because the water completely eliminates my symptoms. This was when I knew this water was the real deal! On top of that, my skin has cleared up significantly, my energy levels are up and I drink so much more water than I ever have.  The detox services are excellent. The demo and footbath are a must! If you're considering trying it, definitely do so you will not regret it. The demo is eye opening and very educating. The toxins you visually see come out of your body during the footbath are unbelievable. The infrared saunas are excellent. I have a ton of joint and muscle pain that is relieved largely by using the saunas they have. The vibration machine has increased my circulation. I could go on and on but to keep it simple you really must just go an try it to see how incredible you feel after using the services. Life changing and I'm blessed to have come across Phountain because I know my family and I are in a better place physically than where we were a year ago. I want start by saying that anyone who hates on Phountain before they try and use the services and products are extremely ignorant and arrogant. I have been using Phountains water, products and detox program for almost the entire time they have been open since late 2009. I am off of every single medication I have ever been on and in the best shape I have ever been in! I'm off of acne, heart burn, anxiety, depression medication and all the pain killers for my lower back. i dropped over 30lbs of body fat with minimum exercise and not counting every calorie i put into my body. My body is balancing itself, do to the education I received from multiple employees. The education is so simple to understand and is very eye opening. It doesn't take a college grad to change peoples lives. All it takes is a person driven by passion to put good useful knowledge on the table like all of the Phountain employees do. They make you feel at home and make you want to come back. They never push products on you and will educate you on anything in the store. I am proud to say that I LOVE PHOUNTAIN. The last thing I leave you with is this.....Form your own opinion! Don't not take what anyone else says as the truth because you will be doing yourself a great injustice. Just like a movie, one person says it was terrible while another days it was amazing. Don't take phountain lightly because you will feel the difference. I have been going to phountain for months and it seriously has been life changing. I received an amazing Demonstration by an employee who was extremely knowledgable. You could tell that this person really believed in what she was saying and wasn't just saying it because it was her job. I went in there when I did because I had back problems, joint issues and acid reflux. I was on medication at the time but more recent was trying to fight a sinus infection which I seemed to be getting every month. First I tasted the water and It tasted very soft and my thirst felt quenched. Their green phactor tastes like green tea and instantly I had more energy than usual. I haven't felt energy like that in so long. I work in the city for 7 years and has been very tiring , so to feel that energy felt amazing. I tried their infrared sauna as well as vibration therapy and finally the ionic foot detox . The fact that the phountain employee was able to read my water and tell me where in the body I was detoxing from . Also the vibration machine believe it or not reduced my cellulite and im looking very toned! I love this place and my family is now apart of the phountain life style. I recently went into phountain to help improve my health and to relax. I've been struggling a lot recently with my health and heard about the store from one of my friends and with her recommendation and i was not disappointed As soon as I walked in the store I was greeted with friendly faces and smiles by Christina and Anna. I did the overview which was one of the most eye open experiences. Christina and Anna we're very interested in helping me regain my health. There knowledge and care and just listening is something you don't find anymore. Anna brought me in to the sauna and when I went to the footbath Christina sat down with me and they both have me samples of the products which were actually very delicious They helped me find products that would really help with the goal I want to accomplish my goals. By the time I left I felt so refreshed and I can't wait to go back to do more services! I can't say enough good things about this place, I finally have good clean water and somewhere to go and relax! PHOUNTAIN changed my life forever. It saved me. I could honestly say if it wasn't for Phountain and their employees I wouldn't be alive right now or still be in my very dark unhealthy place I was prior to coming to Phountain. You can not get the costumer service that they provide anywhere else. Very educational and professional. they ALWAYS make me feel important and make sure im keeping up with this healthy LIFESTYLE. I've always been in the market to find an easy option for my body to stay balanced, and one day I got a 64 oz jug of water and started drinking alkaline water - my body has NEVER felt better!
