Under Washington law, they cannot be a member of a fitness facility without a guardian. I will now be disputing many months of charges as fraudulent and will report this to the proper business and legal authorities. While I paid the first year in full, it has now been month to month contract and should not be subject to disciplinary actions for simply trying to cancel memberships.
