Upon my first visit he was able to diagnose my issue (mid back pain and stiffness due to bad posture/movement mechanics) and begin working on fixing my problem. He doesn't just treat the symptoms, he identifies the underlying cause and works at fixing that while alleviating the accompanying symptoms. Drew has been my main physical therapist, but I've gotten to know everyone since 1) others will cover for him so it works with my schedule and/or 2) they're observant of my progress as well as their own patients in the same space. Drew is always trying to problem solve all of my road blocks and difficulties. He also handles my attitude and snippiness well despite me getting annoyed or exasperated with my physical handicap after surgery. Overall, staff is very attentive and genuine. Physical therapy is not going to be all rainbow and sunshine; some things are tough and painful, but it's amazing the progress I've witnessed in myself since going here.
