Unfortunately, my experience this time was completely different. The new front office receptionist is very rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. She was visibly bothered that she had to get up to ask the physician if he could still see me, even though I arrived within what used to be a 15-minute grace period. I was then informed that the policy has changed to 10 minutes, with no flexibility. Considering I'm recovering from shoulder surgery and it's difficult for me to get dressed and drive, I was hoping for a little understanding -- instead, I was turned away and had to drive back home. I made another appointment, but it was booked far out. I'm giving this place one more chance, but if things continue this way, I will not return. It's disappointing to see how drastically the office atmosphere and professionalism have changed. The front office sets the tone for the entire clinic -- and when that declines, it raises concerns about the rest of the care behind the scenes. Patients come here trusting they'll be treated with professionalism, respect, and compassion. I hope management looks into this, because the difference between my past and current experience is truly unfortunate.
