I understand that unexpected issues happen, but the facility should have offered a reasonable accommodation. Since the service was incomplete due to a facility issue. My review was primarily about the quality and completeness of the service, as well as the fact that the session was ultimately shortened due to the facility's AC issue. Simply apologizing for an "unforeseen event" does not address the underlying concern, particularly since I was informed that the AC issue is an ongoing problem. Since this concern has not been adequately addressed, I will be contacting the San Bernardino County Department of Public Health -- Environmental Health Services (EHS) to report the facility conditions and request that the matter be reviewed. It was so odd that I just had to laugh it off and say goodbye. I wanted to see Dr. Chong, as he seems to be a well-liked provider, but I simply could not get past that bizarre phone call. I hope that woman is OK, because she sounded confused and quite frankly lost.
