My surgeon was Dr Jahng, wow what an excellent surgeon! I had complete hip replacement in May 2025. He is an incredible dr, I went from horrific pain from a hip dislocation, then my hip collapsed and walked around in misery for 7 years. After my surgery, I went straight to Arrowhead physical therapy. Everyone there was very professional and helped me tremendously get back my strength. I don't remember all the therapist names, but I worked with Amy the majority of the time. I am very thankful to Amy, she was very helpful with me gaining my strength back and having zero pain in my hip. I look forward to the near future having a double knee replacement and continuing my therapy here at Arrowhead. The only thing I had a hard time with, was getting through by phone. My implanted hardware became infected. I had knee peplacement on 08/12/2024. I have follow up questions but can't ask them because I don't know how to log in to patient portal I've lost all access. Only access I have is to appointment scheduler which means I wait on phone for one hour only to be told there are no appointments for 6 weeks and that is too late Only advice I can find is from Friends on FB who had surgery. I am desperate. I feel abandoned by my health care providers. I am pleased with the surgical services of dr Elsissy and the staff of 7 Oaks surgical center. Dr Daniel Patton, Redlands Orthopedic Group, Redlands We were referred to Dr Patton via LLUMC recently. We arrived, waited 45 minutes to see Dr Patton. When he entered the room, folded his arms and said "I can't do anything for you, that's it, goodbye!" He never asked what problem, nor as much as look at the problem! We may be old but he rubbed it in our faces! Just a plain narcissist! Will never recommend him for any Orthopedic, in fact stay away unless you are in your 20's! read more

I recommend them the staff is amazing and they have flexible scheduling available. They are very nice and will definitely get you to recover good! Trent and Frank are the ones I work with and they get a 10/10 they always have a good attitude and a very positive vibe I feel in good hands with them. I walk out feeling good and I see my progress. Trent sets a goal for me to reach in my recovery and Frank helps me as well with what to do and it helps to see I can reach the goal set. What I am recovering from is a tib fib fracture and I had to get a metal rod put in my tibia to fix it so it was scary because I went in non weight barring and with their help I am able to walk agin slowly but surely and I feel completely safe and comfortable with all the therapy I get and with what I am told to do at home. They seem like they care for the patients and when I see other patients and stuff members they all seem happy as well. read more

Supervisor Allan did 8 months of therapy for my new knee replacement and kept postponing doing proper bending therapy so i cannot bend as i should spoiling my leg for good. My surgeon could not do under anesthesia bending to correct the problem as it was over 3 months. This therapist is either lazy or not educated and trained properly. Enjoys watching the tv a lot instead of mannually doing therapy. Save your leg and medicare money. read more
