Once entering many different body parts can be strengthened
David R.

Arrowhead Orthopedic physical therapy actually has several elements to their offerings including Occupational Therapy providers. I can testify of my experiences with physical therapy providers: Alan and his assistant Ernesto of how they are each caring and compassionate providers who am care about progress, and it's clear from talking with them from appointment to appointment for both pre-surgery strengthening and also post surgery recovery. Life circumstances often result in unexpected reactions. It's best to learn to restrain reactions and retrain our muscles. The Staff here at this FABULOUS facility, From my various experiences personally and along with my Mom has been very healthy and helpful. Aquatic therapy location might be difficult to find, yet the water here is set at about skin temperature of about 94-97° a VERY comfortable temperature for first recovering from atrophy. Enter into a comfortable warm therapeutic pool offering expert guidance by skilled physical therapy sessions, to carefully strengthen. Ask your specialist. Anyone with an injury or overcoming the unfortunate frustrating experience caused by aftermath of injury, surgery or OTHERwise in my experience, other facilities\Elsewhere 'ripple effects' from negligence or random carelessness from life. Once a physician delivers a prescription for therapy.., ENTER into Arrowhead Orthopaedics THERAPY appointments. Here is where several different specialists who each specialize in different parts of the body, carefully help. Once one of the EXPERT physicians at this facility, full of caring and thoughtful employees and the providers of experienced EXPERTISE(s) who from my experiences they absolutely have demonstrated that they care. A few years ago as I was recovering from spinal surgery from a pain management related hi-tech nerve stimulation technology hardware (sorta like a TENS electrical micro-stimulation direct to nerves). My implanted hardware became infected. Despite multiple other medical specialists, mostly in central Loma Linda who neglected their own responsibilities: causing me to re-experience a aggressive bacterial infection of 'Pseudomonas aeruginosa' (neon lime green in color and 'with a fruity' scent: strongly foolish of me to sniff it because this bacteria infects EVERY part of our human body with over 82 percent death rate) plus another bacterial infection called cellulitis (at first I thought physician was calling me 'fat') less severe yet both respond best when encapsulated plant and flower extracts are orally consumed in capsules based on published research at PubMed via expert research paid for by federal grants, I only share this because it was SO INCREDIBLY difficult for ME to find this information and I hope these words helps someone eager to save their life or limb. (Verify with a experienced physician to avoid allergies) Those extracts like of germanium flower, tea tree, Thymol related and select potent roots like ginger or Cassia bark) organic oil extracts are easily absorbed best with ALLOT of water {high pH Distilled water with added minerals}! and weaken 'biofilm' enhancing effectiveness of antibiotics; best schedule found at Physicians Desk reference or Ask questions of Dr. Roger Sehault, M.D. PhD, Video question responder are MedCram (g-Search!). Feel welcome to reach out: @dynamicDavid on X.com Stay diligent and Know I highly recommend Alan and Ernesto. Occupational therapist Harold has been fabulous for Wrist + hand therapy.

The 1st one was TNHHS Team Nurses Home Health Services, Inc. They gave me the runaround on the phone all day Monday & Tuesday no one ever called me to schedule my wound care or PT. By end of day on Tuesday I called my primary doctor office to get a new referral for home support. Wednesday morning I called the new referral authorization they said they did not have the authorization yet even though I gave them the number. I destiny home health.com/ waited 5 hours & called back still they had not received authorization. I call my medical center back ask them to fax it to Destiny home, I waited 20 minutes & called them back to see if the received the authorization and believe it or she then told me they don't have staff to cover & was rerouting my authorization back to my pro. All these purr fits are so unprofessional unbelievable. Not even my dr will reach out to to assist. SAD PART IS IM AFRAID OF NOT PROPERLY HEALING BECAUSE I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT PT EXERCISES I NEED TO START ON MYSELF. BECAUSE I WAS TOLD BY THELMA OFFICE MANAGER THAT IT WOULD BE ANOTHER 2 WEEK TO GET A NEW APPROVAL.

When Dr. Donaldson entered, he didn't speak or introduce himself. Instead, he reached out and attempted to disconnect the urgent call I was wrapping up. Rather than continuing with the appointment--one I had been waiting over six months for--he left without seeing me. Junge, Dr. Donaldson's found this to be exceedingly entertaining, or that is what I assumed by his smile and laughter. ***Edited to add:*** Against my better judgment, I allowed Junge to participate in my care today with Dr. Donaldson, despite explicitly informing him beforehand that I do not participate in any educational activities involving bringing others into the session. Junge either lacked awareness or disregarded my boundaries, which is concerning given his stated pursuit of a fellowship following clinical practice--yet he showed no regard for the importance of cultural sensitivity or patient autonomy. His conduct throughout the interaction was unprofessional, characterized by condescension, dismissiveness, and language that suggests underlying racial bias. His behavior was less respectful than expected from a healthcare provider and reflected prejudice rooted in preconceived notions rather than clinical judgment. Notably, Junge labeled me as "combative" based on subjective impressions, revealing a reliance on stereotypes and a failure to understand or respect my concerns. This unprofessional assessment unduly influenced the supervising physician, who accepted these biased characterizations without scrutiny, thus perpetuating unjust and unequal treatment. Additionally, Junge blatantly ignored my clear statement that I did not want to participate in any educational efforts by bringing others into the appointment, demonstrating a lack of respect for my autonomy and boundaries. Such behavior highlights a problematic attitude toward patient rights and diversity. To address these serious issues, Junge would benefit immensely from targeted implicit bias training and cultural competency courses designed to improve interactions with patients of diverse backgrounds. These interventions are crucial to fostering equitable, respectful, and culturally sensitive healthcare practices, and to preventing future instances of discriminatory behavior.

In my first visit, he asked me why I was there, I explained I had severe knee pain and it felt very similar to what I experienced in my other knee, which was a meniscus tear. Out of nowhere he began to chastise me and question why I was even there since I seemed to already know what my issue was. I was thrown off from his unprofessional attitude and especially since I just met him. I let him know I was only responding to his initial question. Clearly he was irritated by something and probably having a bad day, but it was very unprofessional to take it out on a patient who is in real pain and seeking his care. I made sure to get out of that office right away. I had my follow up with him after my MRI, and sure enough, it confirmed I had a torn meniscus. As I mentioned, I just figured he was having a bad day on my first appointment so I went into this one with an open mind. Although he wasn't rude in this appointment, he showed little care and I would describe him as aloof, at best. After these two appointments, was clear I needed to find another doctor.

The surgery was quick and his follow up was great. I'm still in aftercare with him and he seems to show legitimate concern for my recovery. I actually enjoy my office visits. Like, I could hangout with this guy and it would be a blast.
