She took good care however it was not improving and I decided to book an appointment with the chiropractor Molly Hall. I booked in person for an appointment weeks away and added the time to my calendar on the spot. I received multiple emails. Some were reminders for the appointment and others were alerting me to fill out paperwork before the appointment. In the barrage of emails I only opened the one for paperwork because I knew I had the time booked on my calendar already. Around 12 noon on the day of the appointment, I finally finished my paperwork which notified of the cancellation fee. I wasn't worried because I booked in person and added it to my calendar. I got there 10 minutes early for my 3 pm appointment and was told that my appointment had been at 10am. Also, I had already been charged the $190 cancellation fee. I explained everything and Bridget, the receptionist , was sympathetic. She said she would talk to Dr Hall and see what we could work out. I called a couple days later to see how to move forward. Bridget explained that Dr Hall said I was sent a reminder email and missed the appointment. She continued with Dr Hall's response that she was in high demand and needed to get paid. I truly don't know how the mix up happened. It's possible the person I booked the appointment with inputted it wrong. I cannot comment specifically on Dr Hall's abilities as a chiropractor as I never got to meet her. However I believe I can speak toward her character as a human. She refused to acknowledge that there could be any fault on the part of the practice, she could not bend at all to nurture a relationship with a new patient that could need indefinite ongoing care and, very clearly, she needed to get paid. I personally won't be moving forward with any type of care from this practice.

Dr. Jenny Lennon is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond in helping with my health and fitness. She is a fine listener and observant in detecting and resolving the issue. She helped me with pelvic floor exercises, corrected my form for gym routines, and performed dry needling that removed pain in my back and tightness in my foot. I see continuing improvement in doing her recommended exercises and thanks to her sharp observation and guidance I can do them correctly on my own. She is patient and very competent in pelvic floor care and dry needling and body fitness in general.

I Left With a Punctured Lung and Little Accountability... Please read before you seek care there…read more I underwent what I believed were routine trigger point injections, and what followed was one of the most frightening medical experiences of my life. Immediately after the procedure, I developed symptoms that ultimately led to the diagnosis of a punctured lung (pneumothorax). I required emergency treatment, hospitalization, and placement of a chest tube. I experienced significant pain, difficulty taking deep breaths, missed work, and weeks of recovery from an injury that never should have occurred during what was presented as a relatively straightforward procedure. What has been equally disappointing is how the practice handled the situation afterward. Rather than accepting meaningful responsibility or attempting to make things right, I received what amounted to an apology accompanied by statements that the procedure was performed within the standard of care. Their position was essentially that complications can happen, and therefore no further action was warranted. In my case, I was never informed that a punctured lung was a risk of the trigger point injections I received. Had I understood that risk, I would have asked additional questions before consenting. Patients deserve informed consent that is specific to the procedure actually being performed. While the practice stated they reviewed my case and even identified opportunities to improve their documentation and procedural processes, those acknowledgments have done nothing to address the physical pain, emotional distress, lost income, and disruption this complication caused. Mistakes and complications can occur in medicine. What defines a practice is how it responds when they do. I expected accountability, transparency, and a sincere effort to resolve the situation fairly. Instead, I was left feeling that protecting the practice was more important than caring for the patient who was harmed. I hope future patients never experience what I did, and I hope the practice follows through on whatever changes they identified during their internal review. My experience, however, left me deeply disappointed and without confidence that patients are truly supported when serious complications occur.

It was really bad. He acts all nice, but he is impatient and doesn't want to be bothered with questions. I asked him THREE questions and he said to me "I think you just like asking questions." To his credit he did text me to apologize. But honestly I've never experienced that level of rude before. Not only that, but he gave zero information about what to expect after my injection. Like, I did not know my face would completely flush red like a sunburn and I was going to get much worse for awhile. I did go back once more and was sorry I did. He told me "I'm not passing you off" but that is exactly what he did - sent me to 2 other doctors and spent maybe 7 minutes with me. Really disappointed in this experience with Dr. Singh. You can also tell he cares a lot about his craft; he often goes to seminars/workshops for PTs to learn about new methods. My plantar fasciitis cleared up right away after a combination of functional manual therapy, dry needling, and some at-home exercises that I still do today to help combat foot pain if it ever arises again. Rather than just treating the symptom, Drew worked on my calves and other parts of my lower body which also helped with a lot of (seemingly) unrelated aches and pains I had been having. I definitely recommend Drew as a PT if you want someone with a holistic approach. He quickly identifies the root of the problem rather than just working with symptoms.
