I first went to Active Chiropractic for therapeutic massage due to ongoing pain up and down the right side of my body. I saw Allie 3 times where she was kind and asked specific questions to help her give the best results. She took good care however it was not improving and I decided to book an appointment with the chiropractor Molly Hall. I booked in person for an appointment weeks away and added the time to my calendar on the spot. I received multiple emails. Some were reminders for the appointment and others were alerting me to fill out paperwork before the appointment. In the barrage of emails I only opened the one for paperwork because I knew I had the time booked on my calendar already. Around 12 noon on the day of the appointment, I finally finished my paperwork which notified of the cancellation fee. I wasn't worried because I booked in person and added it to my calendar. I got there 10 minutes early for my 3 pm appointment and was told that my appointment had been at 10am. Also, I had already been charged the $190 cancellation fee. I explained everything and Bridget, the receptionist , was sympathetic. She said she would talk to Dr Hall and see what we could work out. I called a couple days later to see how to move forward. Bridget explained that Dr Hall said I was sent a reminder email and missed the appointment. She continued with Dr Hall's response that she was in high demand and needed to get paid. I truly don't know how the mix up happened. It's possible the person I booked the appointment with inputted it wrong. I cannot comment specifically on Dr Hall's abilities as a chiropractor as I never got to meet her. However I believe I can speak toward her character as a human. She refused to acknowledge that there could be any fault on the part of the practice, she could not bend at all to nurture a relationship with a new patient that could need indefinite ongoing care and, very clearly, she needed to get paid. I personally won't be moving forward with any type of care from this practice. read more

Dr. Molly Hall and her team do an incredible job of helping me maintain my "body" health. I've gone to many chiropractors over the years and her practice is the best I've come across - from the vibe of the office to the gentle yet highly effective treatments. The simple at-home exercises, activations and releases, genuinely help correct the issues that cause discomfort. Don't look any further the best Chiropractor Office in NC. Dr. Dillan Bollwinkel Is the best chiropractor hands down. I went to See Dr. Dillan Bollwinkel after months of arm ,wrist and neck pain. I had a hard time sleeping and working was very pain full. I do office work and I am on the computer all day and when you arm hurts from the tips of your fingers past your elbow. Every time you move your mouse or type it hurts and by the end of the day it was hard to do what i need to do at home. I had a bad experience with a chiropractor before. You would go wait in a big room full people for your 10 mins on the table. before you could you ask question or say it hurts here you were done. But I wanted a solution for my pain that did not include drugs. I did not expect relief after the first appointment with Dr. Dillan. I thought it will take a lot of visits like with my last experience. Dr. Dillon was so wonderful he listened to me and my fears explained everything so I understood what was going to happen and why he was doing it and how it would help. The next day I could not believe how much better I felt it was like night and day. The pain in my wrists and arm was almost gone a little sore, but I could work without it hurting. I my back and neck felt great. I did not have any clue how much it was hurting until it did not hurt any more. I have been back a few time and we are working on getting me stronger so I don't re injure my arm. I wished I would have gone to see Dr. Dillan Bollwinkel months ago and not lived with this pain. I read great reviews about Jenny at this place and went to the business today to schedule an appointment. The lady in the front kept telling me Jenny is with a customer. I explained that I would like to schedule for a future date but she kept stalling with making the appointment. I also asked where they received training for tuina (massage). She was very reluctant to tell me and finally she said New York which is very vague. Tuina, if not done properly, might cause new injuries so formal training is important. As I was waiting for her to schedule, a customer walked out from a session. I asked how it went and she said it was great. The lady in the front started to reprimand me and told me I was not allowed to talk to any of the customers. I felt insulted by her actions. She might be able to do this in another country but not in the United States. I walked out and will never return to a business with no respect for the freedom of speech. read more

I have never been to a chiropractor before and was skeptical. I have suffered from low back pain for years and throw my back out once or twice e a year. A friend referred me to Active Chiropractic and I saw Dr. Matt Murphy. He is AMAZING! He took almost an hour with me at my initial visit, did adjustments and I walked out of there feeling like a new person. What I like is that he doesn't push products, x-rays, nor constant visits. I went twice a week for a few weeks, and noticed a remarkable difference. I kept up with my exercises and stretches, and now I go on an as needed basis. Thank you Dr Matt! read more

This is a huge apology owed to the Yelping community for the disservice, because Dr Jenni is one of the best chiropractors I've ever been to anywhere in the country. Her attentiveness and caring is apparent in the time and genuine listening she offers at each and every appointment. And she is the strongest chiropractor I've ever had (no joke, she's a competitive weightlifter FOR FUN in her spare time, she'll give any male chiro a run for their money!). She is gentle where she needs to be, but if she needs to throw a hip into that unruly spot, she can and she will get the job done. She also has a real talent for deep muscle work and ART (Active Release Technique) to boot. In addition, she'll zero in on the simple things you're doing at home that might be triggering your angry spots (computer monitors, desk height, etc.)...she's just really into the whole story, and getting YOU whole again. When I first started going to her, I was so bent that I was going almost weekly. Now I go every other month at most for a tune-up and I'm firing on all cylinders again. LOVE HER. Oh and Valerie is magic fingers in the massage room. Seriously. MAGIC. The ladies at the front are super sweet and helpful too. The whole place is just kind of a home-run. I love getting my back worked on by Jessica. She gives a great deep tissue massage and works out the kinks in my muscles with just the right amount of pressure to make a difference but not hurt. Her warm personality makes me feel like I'm hanging out with a friend. The roller bed with the ice pack is a great ending to every appointment. Need one of these in my house! They've got great hours so I can get treatment after work and even on Saturdays. If you've been afraid to go to the chiropractor for fear of being hurt or them being rough on your back, this is the place for you to go to get over that fear. read more

Dr. Molly is amazing, and goes out of her way for her patients! She is amazingly talented, and caring. I've been to many other chiropractors, and they don't hold a candle to her! A year ago, I threw out my neck right before Christmas, and was going on a trip with my family to the mountains. I had never been to a chiropractor before getting pregnant with my daughter. But the excess weight had put major strain on my spine and muscles and flared up an old injury so my mother in law suggested I come see Dr. Molly. She was amazing and I even saw her throughout my 2nd pregnancy! Dr. Molly is wonderful and really helped me through my pain and discomfort. I have been seeing Dr. Molly for about 10 years. She's amazing and I thought I would never let another chiro touch me until I dislocated 3 ribs and had to see Dr. Jenni. She is just as awesome as Molly. The active release is so amazing. It's really cool how the muscles in your body work together and where they attach. I had issues with my hip hurting when I run and it was because I look down and strain my neck which through witchcraft caused my hip flexors to not fire right. Massage my neck and bam the hip pain disappears. I will never go to another office. These ladies are amazing and miracle workers. read more
