The staff were all friendly and it was easy to tell they treat their patients like family, based on the first name interaction and real conversations aside from care. For the actual care, I was impressed with my intake/first visit because I can't say I'd ever had a nearly 1.5 hour PT visit. Thank you for giving proper and thorough care on one visit/copay!! In one visit I had an exam + four different modalities done! It may be tricky to locate on your first visit, as there is no outside signage indicating there is a PT office inside. So, located behind the Union Bank, there is a building with the name 'Trustmor' on the outside. Yes, this is it! Plenty of parking and go inside and it's the first door on your right. I've been to other PT offices around RVA years ago, and in my experience, this office offers a more personable and customized approach to treatment. May take a couple of weeks to get an initial appointment, but it's worth it. I'm glad I found this place!
