Instead of just giving me shots in the wrong places and trying to mask the problem with drugs, she correctly diagnosed the sources of my pain. Dr. Kenlyn has a great bedside manner as well, and she puts a lot of thought into figuring out what's going on with you rather than just quickly taking the easiest route to make a decision. Her staff is also very pleasant. I highly recommend that you give her a try if your frustration level is through the roof.

I had an extremely disappointing and frankly unacceptable experience today. The receptionist was…read moreunprofessional and blatantly disrespectful, repeatedly asking for my insurance information--despite it being provided multiple times over previous visits. After briefly speaking with the clinical supervisor, I was billed over $1,000 for what amounted to 20 minutes with providers--during which the majority of the time was spent urging the staff to improve their basic professionalism, record keeping, and ability to communicate respectfully with patients. No insurance was run! Following my visit, I was told this would be "looked into." At this point, I'm stunned at the incompetence and lack of accountability displayed. Basic tasks--listening, documenting, and following standard procedure--seem to be beyond the capabilities of this team. As for trying to reach the Gwinnett location? Don't bother. It's the most disorganized and unresponsive operation I've encountered in healthcare.
