You check in at a kiosk, and they work through appointments first, then walk-ins. If you are at all able, sign up for an appointment, as these will fill their schedule, and walk-ins will have to wait, sometimes quite a while! The staff I've worked with have been very friendly, professional and efficient. They are nice, but don't waste time with chit chat. They do a good job of what they are there for, and this is appreciated. The only negative is that if someone walks in and gets upset that others are being served before them, the staff is clearly not there to provide this kind of customer service. Be kind to yourself - and everyone - and register for an appointment!

I just have to commend them that their restroom was super clean (that is, at least in the morning); the sink with soap is located outside of the restroom, though. Walk-ins are accepted, but making advance appointments can help you cut the queue; my recommendation is to go there as early as you can, so you can be in and out quickly.
