Every time it was confirmed a Physical Exam, except a month later when the claim went through I was charged incorrectly from my Insurance Company/Employer. On top of all of this, they never answer their phone and the automated messaging system is the worst I've experienced. I do not plan on coming here ever again and would not recommend to friends and family. Would love for someone to reach out to me (might help with the experience) but with the countless number of voicemails and reach outs I have done, I will not get my hopes up from a place like this. The young lady at the front desk has been completely rude since I came back. I have been nice to her but she is probably one of the reasons the place has bad ratings because the other front desk worker and doctor seemed nice. They need to get organized. Online scheduling. Used my insurance for most. The work physical was out of pocket but really affordable- and thorough!! I think I paid like $130 for that. I've seen both a PA and a nurse practitioner and both were fantastic. Clean space. They had all the necessary supplies. On schedule. It's been great. I just returned today to get my big kid vaccinated before a trip and I'm so grateful for this service! Thank you!!!
