I have emailed the clinic, emailed the billing department and spent over 6 hours on the phone (most of that on hold) over the past two days. I've worked in billing before, this request should take about 2 minutes, so I don't understand the issue and thus far no one has bothered to explain it to me either. Yesterday the agent told me it was going to be emailed after our almost 2 hour call, but nothing was received so here I am on with them again (just over an hour so far) and no resolution in sight.

The check in was online, they take some basic info and email you the intake form, completely hands off anything in the lobby. They prepped us for ~an hour wait, and we could wait in the car for a text or in the lobby. We waited appx 45 minutes before called. My boyfriend felt comfortable and heard by the doctor, and said he was kind and reassuring, as was the nurse who assisted. The visit was quick and there was a lot of support for treatment and follow up. Without insurance, prices can feel scary but right on the front desk they have visit information clearly outlined into prices and took away the anxiety from not knowing how much we would have to pay. This was a top tier experience and I would recommend Physicians Immediate Care in this location to anyone needing this level of medical support.

I have gone to this clinic twice and both times left disappointed…read more Visit #1 - I tested positive for covid, was borderline miserable and the NP refused to prescribe Paxlovid but instead wrote a RX for a coughing pill. The pill did nothing for me so I called my PP and within minutes he sent over an RX to my local pharmacy for Paxlovid. The meds worked great and was back to normal within a few days. Visit #2 - I had a bad infection. The NP at the clinic determined it was a viral infection and I would need to tough it. A few days after my visit the infection got worse so I called my PP for a same day appointment. After doing the same basic tests as the NP my doctor determined it was a bacterial infection and wrote an RX for Z-Pak. The Z-Pak worked wonders and I was back to normal within 48 hours. The moral of the story is two separate times I was feeling like shit and both times the NPs did nothing to help me. What is the point of having health care professionals manage these locations when they are scared to prescribe basic meds to help ailing patients. Minute Clinic stole my money twice but never again. I will never be back.

She was defensive and responsible for involving someone else sitting in the reception area in our conversation. A five-year-old child would have known enough to not have the conversation in an open reception area.
