I have tried several classes including Pole 1 & 2, Belly Dancing, Boxing, Snatched, and flexibility. The boxing was by far my favorite class and I wish I could take it there every day. It's an intense full body workout, but taught at every level. The pole classes are taught extremely well and their classes truly build upper body strength and for me as a woman that is a struggle. I do wish they wouldn't intergrate Pole 2 into Pole 1 and Pole 3&4 into Pole 2. It makes it a little difficult for those who are still learning. They do well incorporating fitness goals into each program. I am very pleased with the instructors and the music played during classes. This is a very energetic gym and remembers names whether you go every day or once a week. You feel held accountable. I look forward to joining this gym in the near future. The staff is very friendly and concerned with your overall health and well-being. It's not just about the money at this gym. I truly feel like they care about making you a better you. They do different challenge programs and make sure no one feels intimidated.

I decided it would be FUN to participate with my group of friends in a pole class. We found a Groupon and Choice Training was on the list of highly recommended. I was beyond disappointed by my experience as soon as I walked in and saw my friend in tears because she was so disappointed. My understanding, a Groupon is how you get your new clientele IN THE DOOR...you usually have on your best face because you are trying to get new business. If that was mr 'friendly-front-desk' man's best face...I can't imagine how we would be treated once signed up with a package and he had my credit card on Auto-Pay. I've always been told - you decide who to give your money to. Sadly, I will never have the great experience I've read about on this page, because the face of the company has soured it for me and I will never come back. It was a $39 Groupon, that could've turned into a long term relationship well over that amount. Aside from that, it shouldn't matter if I come in spending $5 or $500 - treat me like you need or like your job and not like I'm an inconvenience to you. On to the next pole!!

I've been with Eric for about a year now, when he was at his old training job. I actually followed…read morehim over and was his very first client. To experience the transformation I've been able to achieve with his help is nothing short of a miracle. Before Eric, the last time I was at a gym, I was probably playing dodge ball with the other middle schoolers. I've never been a athlete, never worked out. I spent most of my 20s and 30s eating crap and drinking way too much. After getting a physical where I was informed that I had high blood pressure and was at high risk for diabetes, as well as knowing that 40 was fast approaching, I finally woke to the idea that I needed to make some changes. And, that's where Eric stepped in. In the last year, I've gone from a very flabby 250+ to a much more muscular 190. I know it only says 60 lbs on the scale, but I know I've lost MUCH more fat than that. I've lost 5+ inches on my waist. I've discovered muscle groups that I didn't even knew I had. People comment every single day on how much better I look. More importantly, I feel better. Physically and mentally. I sleep better. I'm in a better mood. I have an easy time focusing. Blood pressure is down and risk of diabetes is gone! I'm now 40 and in the best shape of my life. And that's all thanks to ANEW Fitness. The way Eric works with you helps you to accomplish tasks that you think are impossible. Through patience and encouragement, he motivates you to push yourself past the point where you think you are done. And, his passion for what he does is evident and infectious. After just 3 weeks with him, 3 times a week, I found myself at the gym on my own. Didn't have an appointment or anything. I just wanted to get a work out in because he made me realize how satisfying it feels to do something good for yourself. Again, I'm not somebody you would have EVER seen in a gym a year ago. But, it was worth it just to see how excited he got seeing me there. I can't imagine anyone taking such a personal interest in somebody's growth. I truly can't sing his praises enough. And even though I know it was me that put in the work, I still have to thank Eric for showing me the way!

However the business model is the worst. Membership is super expensive for a class which you have to bring your own equipment and is held outdoors. I requested to put my membership on pause during the winter. I have arthritis in one of my knees and when the temps fell to 20 degrees, I decided to keep my workouts indoors. I was unable to put a pause on my membership because I had an outstanding month of dues owed. I was told I was suspended until I paid my monthly dues and that I could not attend classes but my dues will continue to accrue, despite being a month to month. Let that sink in, a month to month contract is not eligible for cancellation because you owe a month of dues and until you pay, the months will continue to accumulate. Seems like the term month to month has no meaning to these people. Well when they finally got my card to go through they charged for all the months owed and argue that I rightfully owed them all those dollars because I didn't cancel my membership. At the end of the day, they offer nothing that any other gym offers at a much lower cost. A hard "no" recommendation from me.

The first day we have them all or info and we were told that we would not be charged for those couple classes. My husband hurt his knee during the one week freebie (needed 3 mths PT, scans, the whole nine to fix). We told the instructor that we decided it wasn't for us 4 days into the free week. My husband opened the app and it instructed him to accept something in order to see what was on the app. Apparently that signed us up. We called the instructor again and told him we were not going to do the classes and my husband had to see a doctor. He told him he had to contact CS which was a joke and uploaded a letter from my husband doctor. They said they cancelled his membership but would not give him a refund. I just now checked the CC transaction history and they have been charging us since oct of last year..... During Covid (6mths)..... unbelievable. We don't really use the CC so we didn't think to look up the transactions. Now I'm going to have to call the bank and report it as fraud. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFO DURING THE TRIAL WEEK!!!!! Update: Beware.... Reported it to the bank and have requested a refund about 20 times from Camp Gladiator with only computer-generated responses. Made phone calls and still nothing. This company is a fraud save your money and join a reputable gym with an actual trainer. 152 complaints on the better Business bureau website of similar grievances. Even did the online chat and the woman admitted that they cannot give more than one month refund for any reason... Even fraud. Horrible horrible business model.
