I was rear ended by a teenager who ran a red light and I had to be seen by a Physical Therapy and was sent to this place as recommended by my chiropractor, but the real licensed physical therapist is not here on a regular basis, most especially when I was assigned to him on specific dates the other week and last week! He did not give me care nor PT instructions! only PT aides and receptionist were available to see patients; that is my sad experience with this PT office. So, do NOT expect to be seen by a PT here for there is NONE! no one who will give you care who is a PT! The only ones who will help you are the PT aides, and it seems that I get NO relief from my back pain after two months of "physical therapy" (or pretend physical therapy) at this place. What a waste of time and money.

The other downfall is these other physical issues I'm still going through and now having a second surgery on something I know he damaged, makes it hard to recommend anyone to an establishment where I was treated so wrong! and also having this setback on my healing. I started my Chiro treatment back in February of 2025, it's now January of 2026. I'm starting with a different Chiropractor and will never allow a chiropractor to work on anything but my neck and back. It truly saddens me to write/post any negativity on any type of business. Allison is my physical therapist and she is knowledgeable, friendly, and answers any questions that I have regarding the treatment. A real professional.The staff who I have met have also been great. They saw my brother for a broken femur, which is obviously not a small thing, and from the moment we were there, the care felt different. The provider who saw him took her time, didn't rush through anything, and actually answered all of our questions in a way that made sense. You could tell she cared, not just about the injury, but about him as a person going through it. Same goes for her medical assistant. Super kind, attentive, and just easy to talk to. It didn't feel cold or clinical the way some places do. It felt like they actually wanted to make sure we understood everything and felt supported. Honestly, after seeing how they handled his care, I've been seriously considering switching my own care over to them. That says a lot coming from someone who's pretty particular about where I go.
