This place on 176th corner Meridian in Puyallup is only run by PT Aides or assistants. The only…read moreones who will give PT care are the aides. The real PT does not see patients! I was rear ended by a teenager who ran a red light and I had to be seen by a Physical Therapy and was sent to this place as recommended by my chiropractor, but the real licensed physical therapist is not here on a regular basis, most especially when I was assigned to him on specific dates the other week and last week! He did not give me care nor PT instructions! only PT aides and receptionist were available to see patients; that is my sad experience with this PT office. So, do NOT expect to be seen by a PT here for there is NONE! no one who will give you care who is a PT! The only ones who will help you are the PT aides, and it seems that I get NO relief from my back pain after two months of "physical therapy" (or pretend physical therapy) at this place. What a waste of time and money.

After no relief from my back pain after a month of therapy and finding out I had a misalignment in my hips, my lawyer suggested I see a chiropractor. I asked the physical therapist I'd been working with, Darren Mott, about it and he literally yelled at me saying I was fine and that my hips realigned themselves. It wasn't until after my lawyer spoke with him directly that he recommended a chiropractor to me. There was also two occasions when I had appointments scheduled very early in the morning with Shanik Taylor. She showed up late for both appointments and didn't even have the facility opened yet so I was sitting outside in my car for about twenty minutes, leaving the second time and missing my appointment so I could get to work on time. I decided to switch to the Meridian Physical Therapy branch which was closer to my home and in the same building as my chiropractor. When South Hill saw that I changed my appointments from their location to Meridian, they canceled them without telling me. Meridian was flexible enough to fit me in the day I showed up for my appointment without any problems. The ONLY good thing about South Hill Physical Therapy was the older gentleman named Jack. He assisted in the physical therapy workouts and always made sure you were comfortable during ESTIM.

For that I give a 5 star review. It tells me a lot about their values. Mrs. Nader personally worked with me side by side through this. I expect to receive the the customer service I provide to my customers in my work place, outside of work when I am a customer. I even hold my teams accountable too. Nader family chiropractic really set that expectation. Thank you so much!

I printed & filled out all required initial intake paperwork in anticipation of a return contact. Nothing! On 07-14 (3 weeks later) I called and left a message, again attempting to set up an initial appointment. Still needing a Chiro adjustment. Again Nothing. On 08-22-2026 I again - via 'contact us' link on their webpage, requested an appointment. And Yet Again Nothing! To Date 09-01-2026 (10 weeks waiting) no one from this office has even attempted to contact me, via return phone call or to my supplied email. 3 strikes and your out! Too many other Dr offices around the area that are open to new patients & strive to provide good communication and customer service. If the owner is not aware - this is a serious problem, costing this office new patients, $$ and the reputation that as a patient your business is not at all welcome at Nader Family Chiropractic.

Since then I've been in twice and I've had a great experience! The office staff I've encountered has always been nice. Wait times have never been rough for me, both in the lobby to be taken back and then when needing to get x-rays. I have been seeing Dr. Kevin D. He's been really personable and kind throughout my experience! Overall this has been a great office to help me throughout the healing journey for my hand.

They saw my brother for a broken femur, which is obviously not a small thing, and from the moment we were there, the care felt different. The provider who saw him took her time, didn't rush through anything, and actually answered all of our questions in a way that made sense. You could tell she cared, not just about the injury, but about him as a person going through it. Same goes for her medical assistant. Super kind, attentive, and just easy to talk to. It didn't feel cold or clinical the way some places do. It felt like they actually wanted to make sure we understood everything and felt supported. Honestly, after seeing how they handled his care, I've been seriously considering switching my own care over to them. That says a lot coming from someone who's pretty particular about where I go. If you're dealing with anything orthopedic-related and want a team that actually listens and treats you like a human, I would absolutely recommend them.
