I contacted the company, they came looked at the issue acknowledged the problem told us they would email some solutions! I have yet to hear from them, I reached out via text again no response. Jill refused to replace saying that I would be charged for the replacements and if I then showed that they were cleaned properly I would get a refund. This seemed backward to me. She did not ask how we care for their product and if asked I would have confirmed that we use their recommended methods. It seemed that they simply don't stand behind their product and if defective won't offer a replacement. Just know this fact before you buy from them. Their products are extremely expensive and one might assume that with the high cost you get a company that stands behind what they are selling but this won't be the case.

We were working on a tight timetable, so I was receiving store fixtures while construction was ongoing. Eric and his team were able to work around this without any problems. Second, my initial flooring choice became unavailable between the time I selected it and ordering. When this happened, Eric and I went down to Home Depot together and found another option that looked better, was higher quality, and cost less. I cannot recommend Eric and A&E construction enough! 100% would use again. In fact, I have some upcoming work that I need to do on my home.
