The service from are waiter was spot on. We had a table of about 12 the food was just half ass. The mixed drinks were spot on.

When I first ate here a couple years ago I was not really a fan, I gave the food another chance yesterday and it did not disappoint. I got the baked goat cheese which was absolutely incredible, and the rustic pizza which was pretty good. This place seems to get pretty busy any time of day and all during the week, I like the environment and think it's a great spot to have drinks and walk around and talk to people. The complaint that I have is that you may be waiting a little while for whatever you order due to the capacity and some of the items and drinks seem a bit overpriced for what they are. read more

Went here today for lunch with work colleagues. Our server, who is apparently the bartenders son, was extremely rude to one of my coworkers, and then brought us our ticket and dropped it on the table before all of our food was delivered. Or bill was $98 and unfortunately for him, the $100 bill used to pay the ticket was intended to be his gratuity. We will not be returning to this restaurant. read more

Our hotel was right near here so we stopped in on the evening of our arrival. We sat on the patio which was nice with the fans blowing. We had a nice view of Centennial Park and there was great people watching. Our server was so nice and friendly. The food was great and bigger portions than we were expecting. My wife and I are self proclaimed "PizzaConnoisseurs" and this is definitely he best pizza we have had in Midland, TX. Asked for substitutions on a pizza and they did not tell me that they couldn't be done - like feta (they did not give) and prosciutto (gave me ham instead). Then, on the bill they put an automatic gratuity for a table of 6... but there were 4 of us. And, they charged us a tax to pay with card, but we paid with cash & labelled us aa a "VIP" table. I can't say enough about how enjoyable lunch was today!! We came after BSF to Pi Social because we've never been here. We ordered all the good appetizers that were clean to order, and different menu items for the different people. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs after asking if the meatballs were all beef. The waitress thought they were, but it turns out they aren't. So, I was just going to have sauce and noodles, but then they offered to make me all beef meatballs to go in my spaghetti from scratch! All the food so far has been delicious and the service here has been amazing!! Not only did the manager set up tables for our large group on the sidewalk because there were no places inside for us to sit, but our waitress, Vanessa, was patient, kind, and above accommodating. Y'all know we always have a million questions about the ingredients of the food when we go to new places. Vanessa and her manager, Enrique, both went out of their way to ensure they got correct answers for us on every question. Also, when the kids got bored, they were able to go across the street and play in the park instead of sitting restlessly in their seats to wait. This is the best lunch ever! My husband and I had a date night at Pi Social last weekend, and we had a mixed experience. When we first arrived, it's was PACKED. I highly recommend you get a reservation before going. Luckily, we were able to find two seats together at their sizable bar. We were served fairly quickly by a bartender and got two cocktails. Both of these cocktails were tasty and well balanced. We probably didn't order for another 20 minutes or so. When we did, we ordered the garlic knots and two pizzas--the pesto chicken and Temecula. We waited probably another 20 minutes before receiving the garlic knots. We awkwardly watched as the server with the knots came out of the kitchen and went around the bar, asking patrons if they were theirs, until he finally took them back to the kitchen. Our bartender was kind enough to retrieve them herself. The knots were delicious, warm and flavorful. In this time, we ordered more drinks--it was slower the second time around. I got a watermelon ranch water, which was very good and seemed to be popular. Probably 30 minutes after the knots were served, a waiter came to our spot with two pizzas. To our disappointment, only one of them was one we ordered (pesto chicken). The other was something with pepperonis, which the server pawned off to the gentleman beside us, despite the fact he didn't order it either. My husband waited for me to get my pizza before he started eating, but it was just taking two long. After 15 minutes, I told him to eat. By the time my pizza arrived, he had finished his pizza. It took almost 90 minutes in all from the time I ordered to the time my pizza actually arrived. To their credit, the pizza was delicious. The flavor combination was unique, and the pizza was cooked perfectly. Overall, this place has a lot of positives--really good food, a cool location and atmosphere, nice bartenders, and good drinks. But unfortunately, it was very obvious that there are organization issues, specifically for table numbers and the kitchen wait times. I would go here again, but I would recommend that customers be prepared for a long dinner. Do not go here if you're in a rush. Even people waiting for pick up orders seemed to be waiting a long time. This place has so much potential, but really needs to work on internal logistics. I hope they get it worked out in the coming weeks, as I would love to take friends and family here in the future. read more

I randomly stopped in to try the place and they were packed but I found space at the bar on a Friday night. The bartenders were super friendly and very helpful but drinks are expensive. I ordered some wings that were excellent. Nice atmosphere and dj was playing some pretty good music. read more

The place has great atmosphere but food is sub par. We had the wagu sliders and meat was over cooked and had some kind of sweet sauce on it. Service and vibe are the only good thing about it. I really don't want to give this restaurant such a low rating because the first time we went, although slow, we did have a fairly good experience. Our waiter, that visit, was excellent and the food came out correct and delicious and the drinks, though pricey, were good! Our favorite pies are the Truffle and the Pesto Chick! The next visit the food was still good but the service was bad. Third time, our Truffle came out swimming in truffle oil like someone poured half the bottle on it, that couldn't be cheap! And our Pesto Chick was missing the burratta, arugula and pine nuts and the pesto was super salty! That time the manager made things right by comping that pizza, even after taking it back and fixing it! Today my husband was going to order to pick up for the first time! You can't even get them to answer the phone, so no luck there! He drove across town and set waiting on a to go order! Made the mistake of not checking it and the Pesto Chick was MISSING THE CHICKEN! (And the pine nuts!) That's the main ingredient listed in the title of the dish! These are signature dishes/pizzas and you can't even make them right, I think it's time to make some changes in the kitchen! And your fail safe person who is supposed to be sure things are going out correct is failing! I understand mistakes, I understand running out of product sometimes! Ordered pizza and it took over 2 hours just for them to say it's next to be cooked. Over an hour ago they said it would be "10 more minutes." Pretty unimpressed with their ability to cook a pizza...just order Pizza Hut. By the way it cost 87 bucks..they must be charging an hourly rate. read more

If you want to go to dinner to actually talk and have a conversation with the people at your table... do NOT come here. Both times I have been to Pi Social now they have had live music that is way too loud for the space allotted. Once you are in and have ordered food, you are trying to eat as fast as you can to get the hell out. Once you are out your ears will be in Heavenly bliss. That does not even mention the pizza which was wet, undercooked, and rushed out. One of my buddies asked for green olives and got about 5, I asked for prosciutto on mine and got about 2 little slivers and on top of that all 3 of our pizzas had raw dough and the toppings were cold. Meanwhile the chef in his chefs coat was at the bar having a drink. This place has potential but it is clear they are poorly managed and aim to please the clientele that want to believe they are in a big city at some hopping club. Place is awesome! We come here each week and are constantly happy with our decision. Gustavo is a FABULOUS bartender and honestly needs a raise! We love coming here. First time in this restaurant. The place looks nice but I didn't feel fully comfortable specially with COVID measures. Half the staff wasn't wearing masks, not even the front house person. Our waitress was friendly and she was wearing a mask. We order 2 cocktails, it took over 20 min to get them. Food took longer than expected since it was just pizza and some wings. I believe more than 30 min but I stopped checking when the cocktails alone took over 20. Food was ok, not bad, but nothing to rave about.
