Dr. Fissel is a great doctor, he is easy to talk to and get along with and so are the rest of the aides/secretarys that I have encountered. No. Dr. Ukropec is a dream. I only go in about once a year now, but every time I show up, I am always greeted with open arms. Dusty always wants a life update. It's like seeing an old friend. Prescriptions are easy to pick up here, and appointments are usually available when you need them. They're always flexible with moving things around so long as you give them about 48 hours notice. The receptionists are usually kind, and even a little bit chatty. I like that. Keep it up Family Care. I may live in NYC for years and never switch doctors.

I was able to get an appointment quickly, and everything was handled in a very professional manner. The doctor looked at some of my recent lab work, and after requesting updated lab work, which by the way she had the results and emailed me in less than three hours, suggested I may be able to get off my cholesterol medicine as my numbers were so good. Absolutely everything I have needed or requested was handled in a quick and efficient manner and I would highly recommend both the doctor and the practice to anyone seeking a new primary physician.

However, the newest doctor, a younger doctor from the military is by far the best doctor I've had in decades. He spends a long time consulting, and explaining details. He even called me at my home on several occasions to clarify a few matters, and check on me. If you make an appointment....ask for Dr. V. and you'll avoid the older guys who have one leg out the door. They used to just hire a P.A. to see most of the patients.

Worst Managed Practice I have ever experienced! Started going to them about twenty years ago, but…read morein the past two years they have become so unprofessional. Calls are never returned, ever. it takes weeks to get the simplest of approvals leaving dozens of messages to get an answer: what should have been a routine order for lab Corp for blood work for physical was not issued two days before the appointment because they "were waiting for doctors approval". Having experiences this in last years physical I started calling them ten days prior to the appointment, two days before the appointment still no returned call. Another time the doctor ordered a procedure and when I went to schedule it the hospital said they needed pre-approval. The insurance company said the approval had to come from the doctors office. Dozens of calls to Chalfont Family Practice, no call back even once, finally I connected and was told "oh we should have given you that authorization number when we gave you the order". When you visit, there are half a dozen people mulling around; but no one seems to return calls or listen to messages. Archaic and old fashion office that does not use email or texts to communicate with clients; everything is menu and voicemail and they do not return your messages. Don't expect much here, the office is busy making the patients jump through hoops; and they seem to enjoy it.

I saw many Drs , Chiropractors and Massuse's to help with the pain but only had temporary relief. Since I have been a patient at Highpoint Pain and Rehabilitation I feel like a new person! Dr Kelly has gotten to the exact points where my pain is in my back and I can truly say I'm have periods of more than 6 months pain free! In my opinion he really knows his stuff!!! And did I mention how wonderful he is as a person. He makes you feel as though he has been a friend your whole life.
