Not bad service when they're open but they're very bad at communicating what their hours are. For example they changed their Saturday hours to close at 1 PM but did not update their online Google hours. Saturday and Sunday are busy times for pick up. Word of advice, try Ship Happens and Pic it up in Sumas instead for linger Saturday hours. read more

I'm so glad that someone referred me to this place. No job is too big or too small. They are helpful, have very reasonable charges and - best of all (to me) - they enable pick up after hours or anytime. Safe pick up too. And for us Canucks, they have calculated the CDN rates and we can pay in CDN $ if we want to. Last but definitely not least as I use it all the time - for those US companies that won't take CDN credit cards, you can use their address for your mail orders! That us HUGE for me! Very efficient service at a fair rate. They offer an after hour service, that is faster than the prompt service you get during regular hours. Notifications, by text, email, etc. Close enough to the boarder, to walk across for a small package or parcel. read more

Quite honestly I started off with very high hopes. but I am pretty disappointed after using them for the last month or so to ship at least 3-6 packages per week to me in Vancouver. They are quite disorganized, have asked me to re-submit quotes (??which I though was their job) and when I had small complaints or questions, they completely ignored them. Not only that, but every single package they've forwarded to me go from their location in sumas, back down to California (which is where most came from in the first place) then back to here. Which is quite ridiculous if you ask me. I choose them because I figured the closer the package could get to me before being forwarded the better....but I was WRONG. Their website is terrible and they never answer their phones. Their automated voicemail says to send them an email, which is great, but then you're told to use their website, but it's ancient and does not allow you to fill in fields. I will not be using them again in the future. read more

Generally things are good, but sometimes I wonder what they are smoking in the back, or maybe someone needs reading glasses? One of my packages was expected to arrive during my trip in the US so I wouldn't have to pay duty. But apparently nothing came. I later found out it was there but didn't have a customer number on it so it went into the "orphan" bin. I assumed the sender missed putting it on somehow. When I finally picked it up, lo and behold, the customer number was there on the address, right where it was supposed to be. No apologies or anything offered. read more

I have been using them for a couple of years, and have nothing but praise for the staff and their reasonable fees. "Late" fees are mere pennies and the new after hours pick-up option is only two bucks. Yes, the website is archaic and I gave up trying to arrange for after hours pick-up online; I called and the lady at the desk couldn't have been more helpful, and even got my stuff in a locker with the store closing in a few minutes. read more

Been in twice. "I'm new" as a staff response to basic questions/concerns is not such a good customer service line. Really slow service and too cumbersome for the penny's saved as opposed to using more established shipping businesses in town. Not sure that their verification of each customer is a sound security measure when one has to provide their unique customer number upon pick up anyway. Seems like an amateur exercise into the shipping business. Maybe a bit better training would help as well. One needs to explain why you are asking for ID and preface it with the understanding that Canadian customers might not appreciate the lack of recognition of Canadian govt. ID due to a lack of inclusive policies by US regulations. I'd rather recommend other shipping businesses in Sumas over this one. For a company that's been around a while you would think they would have learned to not piss off customers from a more global stand point. read more

I love Package Express. Their notification is prompt and easy to understand. Their location is very convenient - most of the time I walk across the border to get my packages. I like the "flat rate" of $2.50/package. They have never screwed up any of my orders. No complaints at all. Friendly, competent staff. read more
