Great meal. This was just a block or two from my B&B. The portions were huge and the price was amazing. The shrimp, fish and squid dish was excellent. The mozzarella (?) and tomato dish was a bit different from what I expected. The cheese was very hard and dry. The wine was so good and cheap. I think it was 3 Euros for a half carafe. Great small family owned restaurant.

The seafood antipasti - I eat a lot, I eat a lot of sushi, I eat a lot of fish in general. This was hands down - amazing.

Normally I use the internet to find places to eat but don't really take the actual review into account- this place was a gem. I read the review from the guy previous (a restaurant owner from California) and was impressed. He or she was bang on- this place is authentic, the food is amazing - a real gem (even amongst the great food we ve had in Napoli and other restaurants on the Amalfi Coast- this place stands out) I might come back tomorrow night before we leave for Florence. Eat here. Thank me later.

Probably the best meal we've had in Italy. Nothing fancy, but everything is fresh and delicious. Worth going to!

Highlight of our trip was coming here for a beach club day!! The food is amazing, the drinks were…read moregreat.. the espresso martini was my favorite, and the service is GREAT! The stairs down to the beach club / back up are no joke if you're staying in Praiano but totally worth it. We had a great day eating, drinking, and playing in the water, they supply floaties for the water which is really nice. The staff was so much fun and the music was 10/10. My husband and I needed help getting a boat taxi for the next day and the woman at the host desk was happy to help us. I cannot recommend One Fire Beach enough.

SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! I'm actually here right now as I'm writing this. It started as a…read morerainy day which is slow for them which I understand. BUT we are still paying customers expecting an experience. And it's now sunny and nice out so that shouldn't have even be an excuse. Servers RARELY came over to ask if we wanted drinks. Empty drinks for an hour. I had to go up to staff who were all talking to each other. (Which they have been doing the whole time). Horrible. After talking with staff they immediately started switching out our melted ice and water which is good....BUT YOU SHOULD HAVE BEEN DOING THIS REGARDLESS RAINY OR NOT! There were 4 other dueces there..... 4. That's all. They also ask on your booking, are you celebrating anything special? Well we got married two days ago so I put that on there...I am not expecting any special treatment but why do you ask then if you don't even acknowledge it???? They haven't said one thing about it. Do not recommend. We also expressed their instagram makes the beach club seem very lively, fun and interactive...we didn't get that experience at all. They barely spoke to us and again didn't come over to ask if we wanted drinks, food, etc. What's the point of having servers?? Make it self serve or a walk up bar. Also they didn't do "melon time" because they said they had no one to cut the melon.......? 10000% not worth the money! The only reason I'm even giving it a 2 is because of the view and the drinks we did have tasted good. Edit* after I wrote this we did talk to staff..initially the woman we spoke to told my husband and I, and 2 other couples "if we don't like it we leave" WHAT?!?!? She never once said sorry or that they were wrong for all standing around and not providing service. (No joke maybe 15 staff members were working with 8 customers in the whole pool club) Then a gentleman came over who was very nice but I still don't think he was understanding what we were saying. They ended up comping our drinks which I expressed multiple times that's not what we want...simply an apology and some good service?? We will not be going back nor recommending to anyone else.

A small fishing cove just south of Positano, nearly untouched by time. The absolute freshest seafood with a beautiful presentation. Most likely you'll be greeted and served by the owner, Salvatore who has lived in the house upstairs his whole life with his family since the 1930's. Serving traditional Italian seafood recipes from his grandmother who was a fisherman herself. Bar Mare Petit, also known by Donna Clelia feels like you're at a friend of the family house, with a amazing table on the beach! I was treated so kindly, got a tour of the back kitchen where he showed me the razor clams that were caught that day. After diner gave us shots of their house made Limoncello & Cremamelone (Amazing) & some of their amazing cake made only around Easter time. And living up to true Italian hospitality both bottles were left on our table for us to pour freely. As you might expect, we had a amazing time here! Make sure to take home a few bottles of his homemade lemoncello, I've sampled a lot & this is my favorite.
