None of those agreed-upon goals were completed. The grafts on the bridge of my nose were not removed, which was the main goal of the surgery, my tip was not refined and is now bulbous, tissue inside my nostril remains, and my nostrils were attached to my cheeks and the skin now appears pulled and distorted. My nose is now completely uneven. Most devastating, he made the bridge of my nose more narrow without my consent and I can no longer breathe through my nose. I was also talked into facial liposuction I didn't seek, which worsened my appearance instead of improving it. I now have a huge indent/ hole in my face. When I raised concerns, I felt dismissed and unsupported. This has caused significant physical harm, emotional distress, and financial burden as I now need corrective surgery. I wish I had listened to my instincts when I felt uncomfortable before the procedure. When asking questions to gain clarity, I was met with rudeness & defensiveness. I hope others ask hard questions and feel truly heard before moving forward. He only cares about money and not your best interests. While I understand that the staff may feel inclined to defend and support the surgeon's position, my experience and account of what occurred remain unchanged. I now have to come up with money for yet another revision surgery to fix even more problems than I had before the surgery.

I regret my experience with Dr. Guyuron. After he and his staff confirmed he could perform the…read moreexact brow-lift reversal technique I provided (a method proven successful by another surgeon), I paid about $35,000, arranged travel and accommodations, and arrived for surgery -- only to be told at the pre-op that he planned to use a different, simpler approach that omitted key steps from the original plan. Despite my hesitation, I felt financially locked in and relied on his repeated assurances that the outcome would be the same. The results were minimal, and throughout recovery he shifted blame rather than addressing concerns. Virtual follow-up appointments were often late or delayed unless I contacted the office. Before surgery, I paid for additional procedures he recommended (upper eyelid blepharoplasty and under-eye fat grafting). After thinking it over, I decided I no longer wanted them and planned to communicate this at pre-op. However, he did not speak with me until I was already sedated with an IV in place, moments before being taken to the operating room. When I said I did not want the additional procedures, instead of acknowledging my decision, he insisted they were necessary and proceeded anyway while I was not in a position to decline. He also placed fat in my upper cheeks -- something never discussed or consented to. These changes caused asymmetry, which was the specific outcome I expressed I wanted to avoid. When I later requested correction, I was charged in full for revision surgery, anesthesia, and facility fees -- and the revision made the issue worse - he added 2 bumps under the eye that didn't need any more fat grafting and I did not ask for. Communication from start to end lacked transparency, and when I finally expressed how distressing the process had been, he told me I was a "terrible" and "disrespectful" patient and ended the visit. In my experience, he did not honor consent, dismissed concerns, and showed no empathy or accountability. This experience has been enormously emotionally and financially damaging. Based on how I was treated, the overall tone of care felt dismissive, manipulative, and uncaring. I strongly encourage anyone considering him to meet with him multiple times before committing, trust your instincts, and read Yelp reviews -- not just Google. In my opinion, the contrast between platforms is significant.

I went in to talk about getting one of the laser treatments for my face and neck. Dr Parry…read moresuggested I should do the Morpheus 8 instead. He gave me an offer that was 3 Morpheus 8 treatments, face and neck, plus included a free cool peel as my last treatment. My first impression of Dr Parry was he was a caring man and cared for his patients. And the girl working for him was such a sweetheart. I made later appointments because I work. 1st visit, I went in and the girl, (I believe her name is Katie, very sweet), put numbing cream on my face and neck. I had to constantly remind Dr Parry that my neck was included. They came and got me and put me in the procedure room. Dr Parry came in, I was excited. Every visit he seemed rushed. Seemed like he took his frustrations of his day on my face/skin. I knew he was going to be aggressive, he mentioned it. But it felt like he was trying to put that machine through my bones. Thank God for the nerve block. This was extreme. When He was done with my face, I had to remind him I paid for my neck. He rushed my neck. The end of my first treatment I felt frustrated. 2nd treatment, I went in, later appointment. The last one of the day. She numbed my face. He did the nerve block shot, left and came back. Then he starts talking to his assistant Katie and me about one of his clients that came in earlier that day all glammed up and he didn't recognize her, she got offended/upset because he didn't know who she was. He told us that because she thought she was beautiful he was supposed to know her. Talk about awkward. After the first visit I really wasn't excited about going in and getting anymore done. And now this second visit was worse, totally something a professional doctor shouldn't be talking about in front of or with other clients. He did my face and was very aggressive on spots I didn't think he should have been on and gentle on spots that he should have been a little more aggressive on. It seemed like his aggressiveness was pinned up frustration these visits were definitely not what or how you think a person in his position should handle procedures or shop talk. Again, he forgot my neck. I shouldn't have to remind a doctor what I paid for. He should know before he walks in that procedure room door!!! After 2 months I kept looking at my face and it seemed like my eyes, cheeks and neck were looking worse. But the reviews say it takes a few months for this procedure to be noticeable on your skin. So, I waited. I wasn't the smiling bubbly self I usually am. I was just like going through the motions. The only thing I genuinely was happy to see in that office was Katie. 3rd visit, a different girl took me into the procedure room. She told me she didn't need to numb me that day. I asked her why. She said I didn't need it. I told her this was my third M8 procedure and they have numbed and gave me shots on everyone thus far. She left and Katie came in apologizing, she numbed my face. He came in gave me the nerve shots and left. Dr Parry and the other girl came in to do the procedure, which he came in sooner this time than any of the other times after the shots. They came in and immediately started talking about ordering things for his office and what they were low on. She had a pad sitting down taking notes, which was fine with me as long as he's paying attention. As he's talking about the stuff he needs, he starts using words like shit and damn, which again is fine BUT they were doing a procedure on a patient. I thought to myself, "Here we go again, just get through this and one more and I never have to come back". As he's doing my face he's repeating one area and not doing overall face. I'm laying there and pretty much can feel the burning because the shots didn't go into effect full force yet. He did one strip down the left side of my neck and that's all he did to my neck and stopped. I was so frustrated by this visit, I actually got teary eyed and thought I was going to cry. My final appointment, the cool peel. I was more excited hoping that would help my skin bounce back from the torture of the last 3 months. I went in, it was over quicker than me walking up into the office from my car. The only time I saw Dr Parry smile was in the beginning when he was doing my consultation. Maybe I caught him on a good day. I just know I will never go back to him. I waited to do this review months later because everywhere I read about this procedure said it takes time and months for the results to become visible. Well six months later and my face and neck look worse. Loose cheek/neck skin. I wish I would have done the laser. I'm sure that would have been much better on my face and neck instead of the pushing down on my skin stretching it. I have never been so disappointed. I do know that my overall experience, I think he did more harm to my skin than anything. Very frustrating experience.

I am a thorough person who researches anyone that comes in contact with my money before I open my wallet or extend a dollar. Dr Leedy came with rave reviews. Actually, the best in a 100 mile radius. Now, I did not go to him or even consider him for anything major or that would make a big difference to my body so I cannot comment on those amazing talents that I have read about. I simply went for a minor scar revision and after speaking with several plastic surgeons in the Cleveland area, I found my match! He explained exactly what what was going to happen and the day of my little procedure, he explained again. Staff are professional both on the phone and once you walk in the door. Not pushy or attempting to rack up additional surgery. What I came for is exactly what he addressed and I appreciated that, sincerely! Peace of mind and piece of mind is what they delivered.
