However, I'm glad I saved JFP Express in my drafts because their service was excellent. I contacted three different companies through Yelp, but ultimately chose JFP Express because they were the only ones who provided an all-inclusive price with no hidden fees--unlike the other companies. I find it frustrating when businesses try to extract as much as they can from customers through various pretexts and dishonest practices. They were flexible with us as we had to reschedule due to weather, and had several complicated moves that were handled very well. As with any move, we took care ourselves to wrap things, communicate our needs and expectations, but I would do that with any mover. Ask questions, clarify and explain what you want. All furniture was wrapped carefully with moving blankets and secured and all breakables were treated with care. I've never seen a team of people work so hard!
