Wtf do they care? If it doesn't sell I would still have to pay the fee! My truck does have rebuilt status, and average miledge, the truck he compared it to had 10 k more was a extended cab which are worth far less, and who knows what kind of shape it was in! To me this guy was rude and had blinders on! I would not recommend taking your vehicle there unless you don't want much money for it , if it a piece of junk that isn't worth the money to fix yourself , well that's a different story.

The tow truck driver chuckled and said oh don't feel bad this is like the 8th vehicle we have towed from Kelowna Auction in the last few months. I guess my biggest DISAPPOINTMENT is we chatted and visited with the Kelowna Auction and they assured me that someone would call to talk to us.... well of course NO phone call. So if you are reading the reviews that say don't worry they will make things right.... this has NOT been the case for us. End of the day we are just another victim of the auction!

Today I had my car in for air conditioning check/service, and I appreciate that they also completed a 50 point inspection with a full report handed to me at pick-up. I never have to worry that I'm going to pay for services I don't need. I love that I never get those phone calls an hour after dropping the car off saying that they've found some mysterious thing that will cost $100's of dollars, like other shops do to you. The team are so personable, very patient, and they explain everything in detail so non-car folks like me can understand. I think he has to run his truck for his winch to work and so we have to listen to it running all the time and we hear his forklift beeping all the time too. His wife sells the tires from the wrecks on Castanet and on facebook so when you go to Pick and Pull there are barely any tires and wheels there. His business licence says truck is not to be parked at home but he parks in front of his house on the road allowance in the subdivision. I am sick of smelling the fumes from his truck in my yard and in my house when my windows are open. He needs to stop dragging junk home too.

Closing the deal and picking up the trailer in Kelowna was perfectly organized. They gave us time to inspect the trailer and offered to return the whole deposit if anything is not to our expectations. We even got some free stuff and the trailer was ready to go as they knew we will stay for the long weekend. Perfect service - we will be back.
