False advertising. You no longer get a free drink anymore after spending $72+ to earn 12 stars (as of 5/6/2025). You are now limited to items under $6 ($5.99 to be exact). Per my last review, those drinks are all undrinkable due to overwhelming sweetness levels despite ordering 25-50%. Additionally, while the online voucher says 1 free regular drink, the two physical signs in store (see attached pictures) clearly say in bold green text, free drink (with no limits). I used to be a loyal customer since the beginning when they first opened, recommending this place to all my friends. The flavors and sweetness levels back then were edible and normal. However, with the downfall of quality control / cloying sweetness levels (that have not been fixed as of May 2025 - I just ordered a 25% sweet taro drink this weekend which came out 2-300% sweet levels. I love my sweets, but this place has made it undrinkable, unable to even force myself to drink - the drink went straight to the trash when I got home). I can no longer in good conscience recommend this place for bubble tea. Gongcha and hmart are better by far at quality control and consistency. I will return to making my own bubble tea from now on unless I'm in lower Westchester or the city. read more

At first I wasn't going to try this place cause it looks so businesslike and not very engaging. After a while my boyfriend and I decided to try it and bother phrase don't judge a book by its cover stands true. The bubble tea is delicious! The servers are very nice and explain how their reward system works. It's a bit different but easy enough after they explain it. It's always nice and quite inside since get only have so many tables. Over all a great place that I highly recommend coming soon as they have a pumpkin boba for a limited time. It's taste amazing!!!! read more

Love this new bubble-tea shop in the heart of Mt Kisco! I've been a longtime fan of Chinese restaurant 5 Spice's bubble tea, which has dominated the bubble tea game in Mt Kisco for years as the only place selling boba! They've definitely got a competitor now. Prices are higher at this boutique-boba spot, but the drinks taste fresh, for sure. Got Pick Up's black tea with tapioca at 25 percent sugar and it was so wildly refreshing and delicious, especially on a hot summer day. Also has their taro smoothie which is like a taro slush - insane!!! So good. Like drinking a milkshake. Their boba is flavorful and chewy, too. Will definitely be coming back to try their Jasmine Green tea, creamy Coconut, and more. 5 stars!!!! read more

Bubble Tea came very fast and it met the expectations. Love it. I definitely recommend it

I have been wanting to try this place since I saw they opened, but the hours were all over the place and weren't open on Sundays until recently. Well last Sunday was National Bubble Tea day so I made the move, mostly based on the wonderfully extensive Yelp review of a previous customer. The place is small but bright white and clean. There are a few tables and also seating along the window. You can place your order through a kiosk or with a real human, I opted for the human. They have several options ranging from flavored teas, milk teas and slushies, brown sugar boba and popping boba. I usually go with what I know when ordering a drink that is $8+ so that's what I did, with the Oreo brown sugar. It was excellent - the bubbles were HOT and sweet and there were real Oreo cookie crumbles on top and I think a foam cap. I gave this 4 stars because $8 for a drink that was at least 75% milk seems a bit steep, but I get the whole experience and of course the pics for Instagram cost something. Also, most places in the area that offer bubble tea, are not making it correctly and really doing a disservice to the trend. I will definitely be back because parking is so easy, they know what they're doing, and maybe I'll even be brave and try something else! read more

We ordered, we paid, then we were told that they ran out of Boba? How does a Bubble tea shop not have more Boba ready to go. Anyway, we were offered refunds or substitutes. My kid had the Black Milk Tea and she said it tasted like fruit? At the time we ordered we weren't aware that there were 3 types of black tea to choose from and she was given Ceylon which isn't the usual standard. I was having the new Hatch Cold Brew so I choose to get the foam topping instead. Unfortunately, it had very little coffee taste and without the Boba it wasn't worth getting. For Cold Foam Cold Brew go to Starbucks. Sorry Pick Up Bubble Tea Shop but I have had great Bubble Tea all over Westchester and this was a huge let down. read more

The place seemed popular with the locals, with about 10 people in a small but cute space. I got there after 5 pm and they had only one young man working. Owners or management need to provide him with some help! There is a kiosk where you input your order and pay. However, he still needs to provide customer service and mix all those drinks. In addition, he had to announce to the store that they ran out of boba. I spotted a deli right across the street which also sold bubble tea. In addition they had great customer service and a full array of fruits and snacks. Overall the space and workers were the highlight of the spot. read more

I continue to be let down by this place. The staff have no idea about their product. Please educate your staff about caffeine content in the teas. And then get an actual decaf tea for those of us that wanna enjoy bubble tea but physically cannot have caffeine. They tried to give me just the "fruit tea" which is really just an overly sweet fruit concentrate. My teeth felt like they were actively rotting. Please do better. read more
