I'm human and understand everyone makes mistakes- however, every draft to be filed had not one but several mistakes, including most importantly the first one being the name of the children were not my children at all, also I was clear I was filing a SAPCR for custody, they drafted a divorce decree. Very negligent red flags I figured were only human, however every draft from there on had multiple discrepancies. During my temporary orders hearing, while I had a very strong case against an absent parent- Mary took it upon herself to mis inform the judge and say the respondent lied on federal reports- which I told her was not false information- she completely killed my case and threw all my strengths out the window. Following that, I received no apologies or communication, just requests for more money to move forward.
