The store is kinda an old fashion type of a grocery store. Meat market, they do cut and freezer wrap, deli counter, some produce and the canned goods. They also have Mardi Gras, party supplies, etc.... Kinda a small gift section. Old fashion store but I like it. The folks at the meat counter are very nice and it's usually busy. Prices aren't cheap, but I pray Ava believe it is true beef, chicken etc.... Register clerks are okay. Not friendly unless they know you. I don't believe there was a sack person. Also I believe they have a small gas station to the side.

As a bodybuilder, it has many of the supplements that are hard to find in most stores. The only issue with health stores like Natural Grocers or Jack's is that they mark up all their prices and usually Amazon is cheaper 99% of the time. Not here. Many items are cheaper than what you can find online and you get to support a local business at the same time. I'm already carving room in my pantry for the next haul I come back with.
