My husband asked to have the rim inspected due to suspicions of it being faulty, M and J said the rim was fine, so they continued changing the tire, and pumping up the tire which they pumped it up full of air for about five minutes. When the tire exploded off the rim due to too much air presumably the OWNER proceeded to curse and yell at my husband interrupting his phone call with his employer to get in his face and swear at him. The owner was also overheard talking to another employee about how instead of towing a vehicle they waiting for law enforcement to leave the sight so they could drive the vehicle instead because quote unquote, "not gonna have to do the work if I don't have to". Very hostile and rude. Do not waste your time on this "company" they'll ruin your day.

The splash shield under my engine had come loose an was scraping on the road as I was approaching I-79. It was loud and alarming, as I had no idea what had happened, and I had about 20 miles of highway driving left to get home. I pulled in here, as it was the closest place, less than a mile west of the highway. They took my car right into the garage, diagnosed the issue, and re-secured the panel. I was back on the road in about 20-30 minutes, and they didn't charge me a cent! You don't expect that kind of service anymore. I highly recommend this repair shop!
