Purchased new Santa Fe on Black Friday. Salesman Mr. McGinley was very pleasant and patient. Have owned a Santa Fe before and loved it.

WARNING- I may be biased. I have owned several Hondas in…read morethe past and loved them all, but with this review, I am reviewing not the product- but the service and salesmanship. We had been looking at another make and model at a different local dealership and I just happened to see (online) that Honda was re-introducing the Passport. My husband and I stopped by and a salesman, Wayne showed us the different trim levels and set up test drive for us. It was good bit more $$$$ than the other vehicle we were considering, but It had all of the creature comforts that our previous SUV had along with being a bit larger. Both Wayne and the owner established such a positive line of communication and were very transparent with negotiations. Atmosphere: B (maybe more private areas for discussions?) Attention: A Communication: A Negotiation: A Availability of item: A "what a deal" feeling: A At the end of the day- a successful business transaction should be measured by how much the customer feels as if they were treated well. What a great car buying experience!

I have to say that Urse Honda is great. I just purchased a new car there. The dealer and salesman…read morewere very gracious . I originally went there to get my Ridgeline serviced. The service was timely and better than we expected. So I took a chance and talked with the sales staff. I have a new Accord to add to my Ridgeline. I expect both to last a long time and I am planning on using the service department regularly. 8/27/13- I guess they will say anything to get a sale, but they are not very responsive after the sale. I am glad I bought the product because it was good and I may start to rethink the service thing...hummm

they took advantage of 2 young kids. screwed the 2 young kids over. sold them a wrecked used car…read more they didn't drive the car off the lot because it needed repairs so they gave a rental car. told them they had to get the gap insurance which cost them $1,000.00. they couldn't afford to pay the $1,000.00 insurance so they paid it over 2 paychecks. still don't have the car they purchased after paying the insurance in 2 payments. so they say they want out of the deal and they convinced these 2 young kids to keep the car. there 23 month old daughter was sick with fever of 103.5 so the mother in a panic was taking her daughter to er when she left the keys to car on top of roof and drove off. she did lose the keys. so when she realized what she did she called the car lot and told them and they said they had no extra key for this 2026 rental car she was drivin. she was suppose to pick up her car she purchased that day too but again it wasn't ready something else needed done with car so we went to carlot to say we want out of deal again. they told her if she got out of deal she would have to pay $600.00 for key replacement. so again they convinced her to keep car. well after a month of not getting the car they purchased they finally had enough and said they wanted out so they got out of the deal and had to pay $600.00 for the key out of the $1,000.00 insurance gap money they was told they had to purchase. mind you out of all this mess they didn't walk out of the carlot with any paperwor, didn't get a car fax and they ran there credit until they could get them approved and also told them you back out of this deal we ran your credit so much you won't be able go anywhere else to get a car.

Thanks to Jacob and the crew for making our new vehicle purchase hassle free. Y'all are awesome!…read more We highly recommend!!
