Frank, is an expert negotiator who will get the best deal possible for you without charging an excessive commission. The only negative thing about Frank Rashid, is he has no patience when talking at a more personal level. If you do things his way, without arguing too much about it, everything goes well. But if you want to propose new ideas or simply talk about your thoughts or insecurities, quite normal when selling or buying a property, he has zero patience. At that point he sends you to Durriya, one of his best agents, claiming he has no time to babysit you... Otherwise, he is trustworthy and he would do a good job. When my maximum benefit was reached, these same companies started harassing me for payment. This is where Daniel and Rechelle Buksa stepped in. They have gone above and beyond to help me, even though they were not even directly involved in the situation. They just did the right thing even though they did not have to. When we signed documents, we were told that we would receive an emailed copy and I had to call 6 days later to get that. After I called, I only received the final settlement statement and not the full copy of documents that we signed. There was an unexpected charge on the final settlement statement and when I called to ask about it, they were not able to explain it but instead said someone other than our escrow officer would call me back. I am writing this about an hour later and have not heard back from them yet.
