My experience with this company is everything great. They have been completely professional and responsive and kind with communication. I had a water leak coming from the upstairs condo Daniel sold to my new neighbor. She did not file an insurance claim like she should have. I did file a claim with Homesite, and this is where all the problems started. The insurance picked the contractors and approved the invoices, which turned out to be the worst experience, with the companies padding the invoices just because the insurance was paying. When my maximum benefit was reached, these same companies started harassing me for payment. This is where Daniel and Rechelle Buksa stepped in. They have gone above and beyond to help me, even though they were not even directly involved in the situation. They just did the right thing even though they did not have to. Beware of Brooke Shelton and Lori Taylor. Brooke has no clue what's going on in Realestate and sits there and has Lori act like a pit bull. Force buyers to pay more what a joke. Brooke and Lori should get there licensed revoked immediately. Lori hasn't even really sold homes over the years looked up her profile and is like less than 5 houses. One she was the selling agent and buying agent for the home. Do not trust these people with your homes. Please run and run as fast as you can. Brooke will pretend she's actually done Realestate. But all she has is a pretty face. Less than 5 transaction does not qualify to be an agent at all sweety. This place is a joke. All the bad reviews definitely true. Positive reviews is only them writing the reviews themselves. Please report them to the DRE buyers and sellers report. Don't fall for stupid tricks from them. read more

I'll start with the bottom line first. Daniel Buksa is a really great Real Estate Agent/Broker who went above and beyond for me and I would like to personally recommend him because my experience with his service could not have been better. He stood out from the others by coming across as being very knowledgeable, honest and straightforward. Additionally, he offered many essential services to me the others did not. During the home prep process, listing and escrow periods he always kept me informed and up to date on what was happening. Communication with his clients is definitely a strong point. I was moving out of state and the home needed some TLC before listing. He provided excellent advice on what should be done and just as important what not to spend money on before listing. He provided an estimate and budget for all the work that needed to be done (which, by the way, was very reasonable and he covered the costs until escrow closed). After I moved out, He and his team went to work. They did everything that needed to be done and very quickly and professionally. The work was done on schedule and slightly under budget. The home never looked better. Daniel even rolled up his own sleeves and personally hauled off "3" dump trailers to the landfill at his own expense. How many other realtors would be willing to do that for you? Daniel provided a very good and comprehensive sales plan which quickly paid off with a qualified buyer. The home was placed into escrow, closed and now I'm living happily ever after. Michelle Tramel is a very rude and unprofessional real estate agent. I'm quite bothered by her showing up 10 minutes early and walking in with out knocking to show our house to her clients before we had even left. As she continued to stare at us like a show with them as we got in our car. She's very rude and unprofessional and I have a feeling she's as intelligent as she looks in the picture on her card, Which I'm quite disgusted she left on our table. First time home buyer here. My realtor was JJ Buksa and I honestly could not be more disappointed in my experience working with him. 1) All he did was put my search criteria into his MLS data base which sent me automated emails whenever something matched. You can do the exact same thing on Zillow/Redfin (which I did) and see all the same properties. Just about every listing that his system sent me I already saw on zillow/redfin first. Not once did he actually put in any effort to find something he thought I would like. 2) I closed at the end of April and on the day I was getting my keys he went golfing so I had to go pick them up myself. He never even came by to congratulate me or celebrate or anything. (He said he would have a bottle of whiskey waiting for me when we started the process.) That by itself is not really a big deal, I suppose, but I would think helping a first timer make such a big purchase would be cause for celebration. Maybe that is just me. Those really weren't even THAT big of a deal. More just the icing on the cake. The real issues were: 3) The company he had do the inspection completely missed that there was mold growing under sink and basically the entire kitchen wall behind the cabinets. The guys that are fixing it now told me and I quote "There is no way any competent person doing an inspection could have missed this." I told him about the issue and the result was that I should just file an insurance claim shortly after which he proceeded to go on vacation. It's been over two months and I haven't heard from him since. My kitchen has been torn about for 6 weeks now with at least 2 more weeks to go before it's fixed. 4) One of my biggest requirements for the condo I ended up getting was to have in-unit laundry OR have the ability to have it installed in my unit after move in. This condo did not have in-unit laundry and so after we opened escrow I asked him SEVERAL times to find out if I can get it installed. He said it would be no problem. The day I moved in I emailed the HOA about how to get the process started for getting laundry installed in my unit and within 24 hours they got back to me and said that it's NOT ALLOWED. The pipes are too old to accommodate this. So that means JJ either didn't bother to find out and just told me what I wanted to hear or he did find out and just lied to me about it so I would buy the place. I told him about it and he pretended to be shocked and said to send him the CC&R's for the building so he can look into it (which I did). Again, it's has been over 2 months and I haven't heard from him. Had I known about the above issues prior to I would certainly not have bought this place. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can really do except deal with it at this point. I could go on about some other issues with my experience but I am done ranting. A couple of the positives. He did seem like a nice guy. He was pretty fast at setting up viewings for properties I wanted to see and handling the paperwork. That's about it though. If all you need is someone to let you in the door to view places and handle the paperwork then maybe he is your guy. If you are a novice homebuyer who needs good advice on what to look for when buying a property and help with the process I would recommend looking elsewhere for a realtor. I certainly will not recommend him to any one I know. read more

Well anyone buying or selling a house in this market needs a beer! I used Mission Realty and just closed on the sale of my home. I interviewed several realtors and chose Mission based on a personal referral and their presentation. Formerly being in the mortgage business and closing thousands of realty transactions gave me a rusty leg up in choosing the right company. I only interviewed realtors who survived the crash as I wanted experience. JJ and Daniel went over the whole process regardless of what they thought I knew, surveyed the house, made staging recommendations and discussed listing price, timing and marketing approach. Mission offers the highest and best technical marketing tools; video, 3D tour, stills and broadcast-ed my property across several platforms. We had a bump in the road on the technical side but we're all human and I didn't get an excuse, I got an apology and the truth. Sure makes a difference in my opinion, no one is perfect. I entertained their presentation on Tuesday, the house was listed on Thursday with an open house on the following Saturday and two offers on Monday. During our transaction our buyers realtor made a major mistake that left his clients homeless for 2 days but with a little help from his wallet and Mission, we were able to get me out and their family into the house early. Closing a conditional sale transaction is never easy; timelines, moving parts and people but we got through it and I did have that beer and celebrated getting it all done with JJ taking my last few things to charity for me along with finding a place for me to park my huge boat until I was ready to leave town. Unfortunately, my experience in selling my home and purchasing a new one was extra tough as I very recently lost my husband. Marsi promised to take extra good care of me during this very difficult time and I felt I could trust her. Marsi received $900,000 in business and $22,500 in commission from me in less than 30 days. Once Mission Realty received their commission I might as well been a stranger off the street by the way they treated me. I had no hot water once moving into the condo. Marsi instructed me to start the home warranty process. Several days later I was still without hot water and called Marsi mentioning I really needed hot water to take a shower and couldn't wait any longer. Marsi mentioned I should boil water on the stove or go stay with friends. After sharing my treatment by Marsi via email I was shifted off Mission Realty's broker of record Chad. He defended Marsi and told me they had no obligation to help me further once escrow had closed. Do yourself a favor and find a personally referred realtor from a family member or close friend. My agent and his team sat down with me, walked me through the buying process, and made me feel comfortable moving forward with them.
