Horrible waste of time. Ran over there to pick up something for lunch. Wasted the first 15 minutes of my lunch break there, since when I went to check out, there were only TWO cashiers working, and the line of people who are willing to do the store's job by checking themselves out was AT LEAST ten people deep. I put back the food and went to Sendick's, which I am sick of, but at least they employ cashiers and won't make you stand in line for ten minutes just to check out. Shame on you. read more

Like the store. Pharmacy we've used for years, A÷. However, on recent visits I have noticed that mask discipline has begun to deteriorate. One visit ago even a young staffer stacking wine was maskless. More customers are going maskless without challenge. If this deterioration continues will avoid this store until the pandemic is under control. Too much reckless behavior. read more

We have been shopping here for 8 years since we moved to this area (even longer in our previous house) Since Kroeger has purchased them, I have seen this store go downhill considerably. Numerous times in the last few months, stuff that is on sale isn't stocked, this appears to be the new normal. Have to constantly ask someone if they have the items (IF you can find someone to assist...) There are*never* enough checkouts open anymore. They keep trying to funnel you through the poorly implemented self checkout. (They have the worst self checkout software of any I've ever seen). The final straw was last Saturday morning when they had *two* checkouts open (on a Saturday morning? really?) and the line for each checkout was 5 deep. The line for the self checkout was just as long with one person running back and forth among the 6 self checkouts trying to assist customers because there are so many issues with these things. I've decided if this company doesn't care about customer service, I'll take my business elsewhere. I will no longer be a Pick n Save customer after shopping at this chain for over 20 years. This is a very nice Pick n Save store. It was completely rebuilt from prior location years ago. The staff in various areas are helpful and very friendly. Produce dept is well stocked and fresh. Deli is very accommodating and helpful. Bakery has various different items that are priced fairly well. Prices are quite good in all departments and store always has deals. Shelves are well stocked and store is clean and orderly. read more

This store is the reason we stopped shopping at Pick N Save. The employees / management are always in a bad mood complaining about everything. I've seen management mocking disabled people and customers. This store needs a clean sweep of staff. It's only sad that the store is always busy because of location. read more

This store built an entirely new grocery just one block from their old location. From what I see they are trying to do a lot and falling down in some areas that seems to be due to low staff levels???? not sure. I think they are really stretched too thin. Here are a few things I noticed when I stopped by here recently. The produce section was pretty picked over in some areas, especially the tomatoes. I ended up buying some cherry tomatoes because non of what was left of their regular and Roma tomatoes all looked old, beat up, or under ripe. Then they had a small cheese section of some high quality cheese and also some regular selections. I thought this was their cheese case and so I chose two cheeses and moved on only to later find another cheese section that was much larger on the other end of the grocery. I suspect they find cheese swaps a lot on the far end. Then there was a bakery and a deli which had a lot of selections and looked pretty nice. At first there was no one at the bakery but someone did show up pretty quickly asking me if I wanted some did convince me to buy some bakery. The doughnuts were of ok quality when we did eat them but we have had much much better. The deli had two people that I saw on the far left side, one may have been waiting on someone. I stood there a while considering some chicken selections but no one asked me what I was looking for and if they had I may have bought something. They have a very large sausage/deli meat case from what I saw. I did just glance at it but it looked exceptionally large compared to other stores. There were not enough cashiers as I had to wait and they were not very busy. I can only get the discounts if I have the Roundy's card. I hate this and refuse to use cards to get discounts. This is my own personal taste. I hate having to jump through a hoop to get a discount. They always ask, "would you like to apply for a card?" Uggghhhh. So sick of this right along with "paper or plastic?". Well this is probably my worst review ever because it is so rambling but heck. I try to just go with the flow and this place sort of messed with my good vibrations. read more

A month or two ago I had stopped in to pick up my usual groceries. Simple enough, I haven't gone back to this Pick N' Save since. Pick up some fresh lunch meat and cheese at the deli, I stocked up on sale goods. When I have my cheese and meat on my sandwiches, I like to have them each shaved but not to the point where they are falling apart. I feel like very deli grocery store I purchase from, they slice there prepared cheeses way to thick. When it became my turn to select my deli meats and cheeses, I kindly asked the girl to slice my meats and cheeses a specific way. Most of the people that serve me don't have an issue to complete this task however my last visit was just terrible. The worker who I asked a small task of was never so pissy and gave such a terrible attitude in regards to my request. As she had to unwrap packages of meat and cheese I had gotten a pissy grin and a terrible look as if I was such an inconvenience to her. The thickness of my cheese and meat was specifically described. Most deli workers should and do show the customer a first cut and ask if the thickness meets there expectations. This girl had not. She had slammed the meat onto the slicer and proceeded slicing my meat selection. It was a decent thickness but it would also have been nice if I was showed how thin it was prior to slicing an entire pound of meat. When I had asked for 3/4lbs of shaved cheese as thin yet not falling apart the girl had become even more pissy assuming it was "more work" for her to do. As she was slicing my cheese I noticed it wasn't the desired thickness I wanted, I wasn't shown the first slice or asked if this thickness was suitable to my request. Thus this arrogant deli worker proceeded to become irritant after every slice of cheese she had forcefully slapped onto one another. My order was then thrown onto the deli counter attached with the most disrespectful face one could imagine. Not once was I asked if there was anything else I had needed, nor a thank you or have a nice day. Simply a pissy grin. Shortly after I had made my purchase at the check out lane I had called and complained to the manager about this deli worker and how poor her customer service skills were. The manager had me describe the deli worker since I could not see any name tag while ordering my purchase. When I had described the deli worker, I was under the impression that she had gotten many complaints before. The manager politely apologized for the workers obnoxious behavior and informed that he'll have to sit down and talk to this person about the incident. Thus being said, I have NEVER experienced such piss poor customer service in my life. Yes I have worked in retail and as deli worker prior, I know how rough people can get but never in my years that I've contributed to that type environment have I had such a piss poor attitude. read more

We used to rate pick n save hot fried chicken the best.....Now I will never get chicken there again!!!! for the 3rd Time......when we got there the chicken in the case was all dried up.. So they said they will put down a new batch won't be done for 20 min...ok so we walk around with two kids 4 and 6 not an easy task..... then go back and they are just pulling chicken out. Thinking we are getting all new chicken but of course you cant see what they are doing, So we get home and only one piece of chicken was fresh and hot the others were cold and dried up. THIS IS REDICULOUS THAT THIS HAPPEND FOR THE THIRD TIME. YOU THINK YOU ARE GETTING THE FRESH BUT THEY GIVE YOU THE DRIED UP CRAP THAT WAS IN THE CASE. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE BUY FROM THIS DELI....CLEAN UP YOUR ACT OR PHONE CALLS WILL BE MADE TO NEWS MEDIA.... YOU CAN SELL IT IN YOUR COLD CASE.
