I did message daily and did message in the morning but he said to call or text anytime. This man is a liar and a cheat. We found another reputable service that has actually taken care of his clients that he refused or didn't do properly. He gives false information saying not to clean your house or wash infested clothing. he also sells products that are too dilute making them less effective.

When I asked about the refund difference between a simple pair for distance only, they said I wouldn't get any refund because they were 'remaking' the glasses, even though the 2nd pair would be considerably cheaper. So, I returned the original pair for a full $535 refund and will get a pair of glasses elsewhere. The manager didn't blink, she didn't care, didn't try to keep me as a new customer and I walked out happy. I liked the doctor and support staff, but I'm always a bit suspect when the retail optician office sell glasses is inside the eye doctor's office. All of their focuses on makin g money selling glasses, not keeping customers happy.
