Office manager codes the " contact lense" examination as an up charge that is not covered by most insurances.Then advised me if I were getting lenses every thing would have been covered. a bunch of malarkey and they should be ashamed of themselves.. Save yourself the headache and take your business to a more professional, competent business that does not rip you off for their own benefit. and no need to discuss your concerns to the office manager, she just repeats herself like you didn't hear her the 1st time. since they are a privately owned business with no corporate compliance to adhere to, they are very comfortable doing what they want. the office manager proceeded to walk away from me while I was still questioning her about my up-charges and locked the door and turned off the lights behind the desk yet sat back there advising they are on lunch from 1-2 pm... How rude and very unprofessional. I will be looking into reporting this company for their coding tactics. Every case is not the same and should be treated accordingly. read more

$600.00 and more is pricey for a pair of eyeglasses for most people. Please be sure that your insurance has you covered before committing to making any payment to them or you may end up paying completely out of pocket. They may notify you that your glasses are ready for pick-up and charge you the full amount before they connect with the insurance company. You could end up thinking that if they get paid by the insurance company after you pay the full amount, that you were not reimbursed for the overpayment. I think there is a problem with how they communicate. It is advisable to be a little bit vigilant and on guard here as the front desk people that you encounter are not very reassuring regarding how the insurance process is working with them and you and they are not very good with people questioning them. read more

1.Walked in to pick up contacts I ordered, female states store is closed, even though front door is open. She was rude as most of the desk help is. Refused to provide me with my contacts. 2. Annual exam was required before I can order contacts. Asked for trial pair until appointment (2 weeks later) and was told no. Spent well over $600 on glasses year before and my insurance (VSP) is valid and in their system. Overall, front desk help was less than helpful and unapproachable. That being said they seemed very impressed with themselves. Not one to give bad reviews, actually my first ever. These interactions bothered me. Needless to say I will be looking for a new optometrist. P.S. My initial visit felt rushed. Customer service skills needed for lobby help. read more

I typically don't write reviews, but I was so happy with the service here that I had to! After my optician closed my cousin recommended me here, and I'm so happy she did! Dr. Michelle Lieb was great! Friendly, experienced, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. When I had to come back because one of the scripts in the contacts felt off, she rechecked and made the appropriate adjustments quickly! In addition to the service, they have a great selection of glasses! They came in much sooner than the two weeks I was told. To top it off, whoever their optical lab is does a great job, because even though I got the same lenses and coatings I always get, I have NEVER in my 15+ years of wearing glasses had lenses that stayed so clean, or that actually came clean with a glasses cleaning cloth. For me that is a HUGE deal. And if you struggle like me with one eye where your lashes always rub the lens, they can help you with that too - great with adjustments. I can't remember the last time my glasses were adjusted so well that the lashes on my left eye didn't leave streaks on the lens. I will certainly be back! read more

They were friendly and all, but was very unhappy to learn they charge $125 just to show you how to put in contacts. I felt rushed, it was 4pm on a Friday and I could tell everyone there just wanted to leave. The opthamologist talked so quickly I could barely understand anything she said, and the man helping me with glasses made me uneasy as he lurked over me the entire time I was trying them on. I don't think I will be going back here, because really, over one hundred bucks to show me how to put a contact in my eye? Most other places will teach me for free, and not make me so uncomfortable. read more

We have been going her for years since they were in Euclid. They continue to give great care ! An example was yesterday I thought I scratched my cornea. I called them up and they told me to come in now. I waited no long we then 5 minutes and the doctor saw me. On top of there service the selection of eye glasses is too notch !!!!! read more

I have just had the WORST experience there. And I am so upset.. First let me start out and say that I was a customer last year and actually purchased contacts from them. And the staff was very warm and friendly. I did not think twice about going again to purchase glasses, but let me tell you I was in for a rude awakening. As soon as i stepped in the door, I was greeted with a friendly hello which was great, I was asked if I needed some help and I told them no not yet I am just looking at frames. Terri who works there was basically stalking me and would not give me space to try on glasses! and one thing that makes me uncomfortable is someone over my shoulder. I would try on glasses and she would be right behind me! I would go down the other end and she was there! There was another couple there that needed help, and she actually told them she was helping someone! I did not ask for help nor did not need it. I would try on frames and she would say "No I dont think they fit you" OMG !! did i ask? Its one thing being helpful but she was outright just irritating. Next, when I had two frames in my hand she offered to hold them and put them in a tray, my fiance gave her the glasses, and she asked us "where are the coach glasses?" we just looked at each other, and then she realized she had them in her hands!! Why were you watching us that close? For one I am not a thief, I am a hardworking woman who spends my time working close to 90 hours as a nurse, I just think her perception of some people is pure ignorance, which is putting it lightly. I will NEVER visit this place again, and you better believe I am going to post my experience on FB and let my family and friends know not to visit this establishment. My husband and I have given them our business for years.....even after moving over an hour away. I would make the drive to this office. I enjoyed the doctors and felt well taken care of. However, the desk staff is rude and acts like it is an inconvenience to even answer the phone after I've been on hold for several minutes. This happens every time! I recently moved out of state and am due for an exam. I will be back in the area so wanted to have them do the exam and also wanted to give them the business. I tried to explain my situation and the girl on the phone was not the least bit helpful. She refused to place an order (even if I prepaid) for my contacts until I've had an eye exam. I understand completely that they can't give them to me until after the exam. If I pay and don't show up for the exam then I certainly won't be able to pick them up! She was rude, disrespectful and extremely unhelpful in helping me solve this issue. Thanks girl for going above and beyond to help a long time customer! read more
