I have been comming here for a long time. I bring three diff cars. They do an okay job for the price, I usually finish it off at home. I must have came on a bad day because they charged me a large vehicle charge on my Honda Accord (WTH?). The manager was rude on the sly when justifying it. I will not be coming here any more. The customer service here sucks. Everyone seems to not want to be here. Also it would have been nice to tell me in the from the start that to get the advertised price you have to be a member of their car wash club or at least they should have asked me if I wanted to become a member before paying. It was only a $2 difference but that is not the point. It's a shame because I live 5 minutes away and I would have made this my regular car wash. I'll be more than glad to drive a few extra minutes for better customer service and honest people. read more

Best car wash in town! I've been bringing my car to get washed and waxed here for a while now due to the awesome service and great value. Its conveniently located a couple miles from my work. I usually hold off from getting a car wash near my home (where it's twice the price) and come here on Wednesdays for "Ladies discount day" to get a couple bucks knocked off from the original car wash prices. Conveniently located at the Shell gas station adjacent to the Walmart and Lowe's shopping center on the corner of Paramount and Washington Blvd. It's definitely a great deal and my car leaves looking clean and shiny every time! read more

My car was cleaned and I was happy with how it looked. However money was stolen out of my ash tray that's kind of hidden. It was only $5 but still, that could have been their tip. I didn't say anything because how was I supposed to prove that they have MY $5 bill. I'm sure their pockets are full on $5 bills. If this car wash believes in customer service, it is only as far as profits go. During my service they broke my windshield which is a very large crack on the side extending outward about a foot long! When I approached an employee, he told me the person that could have been responsible for it had already left (sounds shady right?) and told me to come back the morning after to speak to the manager. I took down information and left, and in the morning I came back with my boyfriend thinking that I will be met with a reasonable and understanding manager, but this was not the case at all. He immediately told me he refused to compensate for the damage and that "we are not responsible for windshield damages. There is a sign outside." and he was aggressive, cocky, and hostile. I was in sheer disbelief. We even looked outside and the sign in NO WAY states that they are not responsible for windshield damages. It acknowledges items left in the car, but nothing about windshields (we looked at the sign after the whole ordeal, and he had the nerve to come to us and shout at us to leave because we are "trespassing"?!). The manager refused to talk to me reasonably and kept rudely shushing my boyfriend. The situation got so overwhelming that at one point he was yelling at us to leave the store and was physically slamming the door on my boyfriend's foot. My boyfriend at one point told him that he lost our business and the manager replied with "Good! I'm glad!" and laughed at us! This to me is not what customer service is! The damage to my windshield is $140, money that I do not have to make repairs, but little compared to what he has caused me emotionally. I already gave a complaint to the Shell corporate office and it turns out that the car wash is independently owned. All I can do is wait for their response and hope for the best. First of all the wash is expensive , they don't even wash correctly. I got the gold package and I had black stains on my carpet , on my white car and stains on my window. Not worth the $15. Second , the guy washing my car took money I had where the sodas go I had a few bucks and change. I didn't even notice he took it until I left or else I wouldn't have tipped him. Place use to be a good place to get a car wash and now it's a total dump. I paid at 2:56 and it is now 3:40 and my car is still sitting in the wash line. Extremely disappointed with this place. I don't know if they changed ownership or if they just didn't care. Took my vehicle and my wife's for a wash and both vehicles are more dirtier than how we originally had them. Our windows look like thy never bothered to clean them. The inside of both vehicles still had the same dirt as well as the seats like they didn't even bother to vacuum. My cup holder inside my truck still had the same stains. The inside part of the trunk still had dirt. They were not even busy when we got there because they took both our cars right away. My wife called to complain and they said they would have the manager calls us back it's almost end of the day and have not heard back from them, yet they didn't have any trouble taking our $60 not including tip for both vehicles . Zero stars... So my boyfriend and I decided to go get our cars washed at this car wash. He pulls in first and I pull behind him and then one of the guys instructed my boyfriend to move to a different line and they didnt tell me anything so I stayed. Then about 5 people came pulled in the lane behind my boyfriend and started helping them. Mind you I had my windows open and my car door open so they could see me.. So I started getting mad that no one was helping me so I got out and walked up to one of the guys that worked there and told him my story that I was here before everyone and he told me that the line was over there and said I had to get in that line. So I had to get in the back of the line even though I was there way before everyone?!?!?!?!?? He said yes because that's where the line was and he said no one told me to get in that line. I went to the Pico Rivera car wash and instead of getting a car wash I got my wallet stolen. Filed a police report but all the policeman could do was take the report since I could not prove without a doubt the person who took it. I hope Karma is not as lenient. I've been coming to this car wash for years, and usually get a decent job done. The workers who detail it are usually pretty friendly and do a good job. However yesterday I went in, made sure my windows were up and walked away. When they handed me my keys the back right passenger window was down. When I tried putting it up it wouldn't roll up. I asked the guy who had cleaned it why was it down, and he called out Hilmi Zein, who is the general manager. Mr.Zein was extremely rude even walking towards me. He said that my window was down when I turned in my truck, and that they couldn't roll it back up so he had to put a plastic over it so the water wouldn't get in. I told him, that my window was up when I arrived so why, and who put it down? All 4 of my windows worked also. Mr.Zein kept interrupting me and being real sarcastic while speaking to me. He said that he watched the video of me driving and leaving my car with my window down. When I asked to see the video he laughed and said he could not do that. I asked why was he able to watch it, and why couldn't I? he just said he couldn't and that he was not responsible. I asked him why did they rolled my window down, and he kept smirking and telling me that he was not responsible. It's sad to see business like this with such bad management. I have been coming to this Carwash for years now never had a problem here until yesterday, I was in a rush to leave to be at work on time when I arrived to work I noticed my car was scratched. I immediately Called them and spoke to the owner and of course he would say he wasn't responsible because I left. I took my car in to show them and they tried to buff it out my paint was actually chipped. The owner is really rude and his assistant manager Gloria said what I though they would , it probably happened elsewhere, I was so upset. She told me herself that she knows I go there often and that I'm a regular but there's nothing they could do about it just goes to show that they will never own up to anything they where in the wrong for. So to get to the bottom of the point be careful with your car there because they will not be responsible even if there at fault!!!! I ran in to one of there old workers which was crazy right after I left, the person said the owner won't be responsible that he'll do anything to get out of it!!!
