Fluffy tacos were beef and chicken..the beef had crusty dried out pieces that made it taste like it had been on the heat all day! Im sorry but yuk! Zuchini tacos we decent tho is about the best i can say about the experience! I should have listened to all the other reviews! Hope i dont get sick!

A night out with the girls for some good fun and cheer. Service A+ One gal serving 10 of us did an awesome job working alone. Kitchen B Most of the food was a solid "good" (though not excellent), with a few exceptions. Carne Asada The meat was well done, though the seasoning wasn't the best I've had. I asked for the rice and beans to be subbed with something more keto friendly - thankfully they had super fresh lettuce and tomatoes, and added a few more slices of avocados to the dish. In conjunction with salsa, this proved to be a pretty great salad! The one grilled jalapeño that came with the dish was under grilled, and crunchy, rather than soft. It was interesting that it was so crunchy (aka fresh?) because inside, it was black. I mean all the seeds were black. Like what happens to old jalapeños. I just didn't eat it after the first bite. Fluffy Tacos What do you except from the name? Not what we got. What we got was more like a deep fried tortilla (like nacho chips) and rock hard chicken (seriously! watch the video). That said, the kitchen did fix it. One of us was a courageous rock star and took the plate back to the kitchen and told them the problem, and they prepared it again. The second time around, they came out much better. Soft but fluffy with a slight crunch, and chicken that isn't rock hard. Side tacos The tacos are gringo style, topped with lettuce, tomatoes, and queso. Personally, I prefer the legit version, with onion and cilantro. Al Pastor - Not the best, but OK. Fajita Looked sizzling good! Didn't try it though, so can't comment on the flavor. It's a small place, and the place was empty but for us on a Saturday night. But they had a LOT of people coming in for pick up, so I'm thinking th place is still popping. We were seated by the door, and on December, I ws getting cold from all the door opening. I didn't check out the other side of the restaurant, but maybe it would've been better if we were seated inside. Just for the food, I'm not sure that I'd come back, but the service was pretty stellar. I'd go again for another group setting. Especially if our courageous rock star comes with.

Charged $300 between 2 separate transactions for 7 tacos. Was a hassle to not even recieve a full refund. Disappointed is an understatement. Take your Hard earned money to Arandas or LA Tap.

    Burrito Bliss... smashing.....

Stopped at a random taco truck at an Oreillys store today and got me a macho burrito.. it was amazing! I'm actually mid burrito as we speak. Had to put it down because it's huge and my foreheads sweating. I'm about to pick it back up and finish strong tho! Excellent burrito!

    Shrimp Victoria! Yummy!

Ok the atmosphere is very very casual. But the service is super, the Margaritas are awesome and the food is delicious! I had the Shrimp Taco and they were juicy and tastie! The salsa and green verde were also super!! Don't overlook this establishment by the modest decor. I will definitely be dining here again!!

California burrito, wasn't too impressed by the sides of rice and beans for $2 extra
    Alissa A.

I was pretty impressed with the food! I ordered the California burrito with chicken instead of steak. I've had California burritos before (from California, lol) so it's safe to say these do the name justice! I ordered take out and the food was brought to my car. However, I did leave my car to go back inside to see if they had any plastic cutlery. When I went in, there was no one to ask besides the cook, who was busy preparing food. Apparently he didn't hear me when I went inside to ask...I repeated myself but he never looked up and no one acknowledged me. I had to knock a star for the customer service there, but if we are judging by food standards I'm certainly not disappointed! Another thing you might like to know is they didn't carry soda like coke, just Mexican bottled beverages I was told.

Food is amazing, la comida está muy buena y la noche está super

Amazing food , la comida está super si lo recomiendo la verdad y la salsa si pica no es de lata sorry pero no se ocurrió la foto antes de comer

The menu features lots of excellent Mexican cuisine choices including quesadillas, birria/ chorizo/ or steak tacos, Mexican breakfast options, and a small kids menu. During our first experience here, my husband ordered the steak taco plate which included 3 tacos, rice and beans. He also ordered the birria ramen. I, myself, ordered the birria taco plate which included 3 birria tacos, the consume, rice, and beans. We thought everything tasted very good! Beverages include: Different Mexican beverages such as Jarritos, Mex Coke, Horchata etc. Once could also canned soda, coffee, or juice. Their horchata was delicious-not overly sweet or watery at all. As far as alcoholic beverages, they have those, too! Paloma's, margaritas, and I was informed that they will soon have a mocktail menu. Service: Excellent. My husband and I dined-in on a very busy Sunday and there was no where to sit except a high counter-top area. We placed our order and were offered a table as soon as one became available. While eating, we were asked at least 3-4x if everything was okay or if we needed anything by various staff members. Prior to leaving, it started pouring rain outside. My husband paid our bill then went to pull our car closer to the door. While he was doing that, one of the employees by the name of Lupe grabbed an umbrella and walked me to the car when he pulled up (it's summertime and I was in summer attire including sandals). When I ordered carry out and sent my husband to pick up, I only wanted rice and beans. For some reason, he did not check the bag before leaving. He ended up coming home with some else's entire order which had no beans or rice. The restaurant was set to close in 15 mins, thus I did not bother to call about it. Value: $10-$20 on average for a meal and regular beverage. Great value for the portion sizes. Ambiance: Nice ambiance, yet very small restaurant with a bar area. Few tables outside for outdoor seating. Location: 2343 Mead St, Mt. Pleasant, WI, 53403 Phone: 262-456-0154 *Parking is all street parking and not the greatest when the place is busy. Check Google for business hours before going as it seems to change often. Cons in my opinion: * Because the restaurant is so small, I didn't like that large families were dining in and being *dining squatters* by taking up a few tables and conversing with one another for a long time, which took up a lot of space for a lot time. *dining squatter- someone that dines at a place, taking their sweet time eating, and lounging around after eating. * this business also owns a food truck, so it seems that their restaurant hours of operation change quite often depending on when they will take their food truck out.

Served very little chips/salsa (no biggie-until you want more) she never comes back to the table or offers anything more. We had to flag her down; tell her more chips (wanted more salsa, but she hurried away before asking) she took the empty chip basket and empty salsa cups(assuming she would refill them) Waited a while she only gave us another small Portion of chips/NO salsa. We wanted more drinks(1 margarita and 1 refill water) flagged her down yet again) EVERYTHING takes forever w/this lady(no name tag).. So rushing to drink the margarita (since it was served) while paying the bill was quite disappointing. I want to try this place again/avoiding this lady waitress. The food was awesome, the margaritas were fantastic and served in mason jars. This name of this place sounded familiar to me so we came here. We went in thinking this was the place and was seated quickly. They served chips and a green salsa right away, my riding buddy thought that the salsa we had before was red. We ordered our usual margaritas anticipating a good cocktail. When the drinks came we were a little disappointed that they were not in a mason jar. We were very disappointed that the margaritas tasted like there was no tequila in them, it was like drinking mix. I finished mine fairly quickly and when the server brought the food We mentioned how the margaritas tasted like there was no alcohol in them. He explained that the margaritas are pre-made in batches, a margarita should always be made fresh from scratch in my opinion. I asked for another and also asked that there be alcohol in this one. He brought the second one and the flavor was much improved, it no longer tasted like just mix. My riding buddy ordered a second and her drink still tasted like mix only so I ordered a shot. The service was good, the ambiance was great but the margaritas a big let down.
